Hotel 24 South is a wonderful place to stay! A historic downtown hotel near several very good restaurants! The service was excellent, the room spacious, and the bed very comfortable. It is near the Woodrow Wilson library which we were there to see.

Lovely historical hotel which has been updated. The staff were very friendly, breakfast buffet had a good selection, and the bar was great for a cocktail before going to the theatre next door. There are loads of restaurants, bars, and cafes within a short walk from the hotel

This is a lovely, classic small hotel with a great feel, nice bar off the lobby, an adjoining parking deck, and within walking distance of a few good restaurants. Try the bakery across the street from the parking garage in back of the hotel and the Indian restaurant catty corner to the garage - these were outstanding culinary finds in a place you might not expect it.

Why do hotels insist upon grouping guests close by each other when there are plenty of vacant rooms? Average check in with a barely mustered response to my restaurant query.

My cleanliness deducted stars are for the pool room. Dead palm trees, extremely dirty floor, and clearly they intend its use in February- plenty of clean towels and pool itself strongly scented of chlorine and water warmish but not warm - so it’s not off season nor did they not anticipate usage
Otherwise we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay

The hotel was clean and elegantly appointed. The staff were courteous and helpful. We were able to walk to every venue we were interested in. We will definitely stay there again.
