靠近機場，碰上了難民安置在酒店

Had a lovely time here pool is amazing restaurants are close shopping is close lots to do clean rooms friendly staff will definitely come here again💜💜

第一次住在這裏。工作人員很棒，房間乾淨寬敞。

The hotel staff kicked us out within an hour or so of arrival for "mulitple noise complaints" at 5pm. They proceeded to assault both me and my boyfriend as well as steal $3500 of our items.

Staff was amazing and went beyond for us. Breakfast was great. The pool Is always very cold, every time we stay here this is the case but it’s suppose to be heated. I’ve machine on 3rd floor only. My kids love the idea of a sofa bed, we always stay in a room with this. The sofa bed at this property was extremely uncomfortable, my 2 & 7 year old did not want to sleep there so we all slept in the king sized bed. The hall ways were always crowded. We used to love staying here but the last 3 stays have been a little disappointing. I think we will choose a different property next time.

we were downgraded to a smaller room wothout notification. Wifi was not good. In -room movies not available. We were not offered any compensation or discounts for being inconvenienced.

Not very happy to know we were flying out at 3am and there was a unnecessary fire on the 2nd floor caused for us to evuate from the 5th floor at 11:20 am and never got any sleep after and the fire department had to come and wasn't pleased about same.so we come back on December 1st from our trip and needs a night there and hoping it will be free for the three of us.

Staff were excellent and the rooms were clean. Beds weren't that comfortable and the heating/cooling unit was on the entire time. The in house television system was not user friendly and needs some updates. The food was good but real plates and cutlery would be nice.

I thought my stay was on November 13th but it was actually on the 12th, so i missed it and had to pay anyway. I was very disappointed as I love staying there. A beautiful hotel

People running up and down the hallway all evening called desk to report it there must have been at least 20 people hanging out in the hallway very dissatisfied I had an early flight at 3am needed my sleep

Did not get the room I booked, had to settle for something different. Staff was unapologetic.

Didn’t like it cost so much when I could of got a much better price at hotel

When we got to our room and the heat didn’t work. We tried for over two hours before calling the front desk. They put me on hold for over 5 mins so I hung up. When I called back out of frustration after another 1/2 hour, they sent someone up. He agreed the heat wasn’t working but told us at 11:15pm, to wait a little longer and if it still didn’t miraculously start to work he could put in a maintenance request. Not sure how that would help when we were only there one night. We asked for more blankets and slept in the room with no heat. The next morning at check out, the clerk told us he couldn’t do anything about the bill because we booked through *******. He assured me he would have if we had booked directly with them! Frustrating! Side note: the bath tub and bathroom in general were not overly clean.
