底特律市區希爾頓花園旅館的評論

在底特律的市中心，文藝復興城區，感覺到了底特律的沒落，房間很大，早餐就是標準美式早餐，周圍有很多吃飯的地方。

這家旅館就是個笑話。 我們的車輛在使用酒店的服務時被闖入。 直到我們去拿卡車時才通知我們。 然後花了一個多小時與經理交談。 飯店似乎根本不在乎，代客泊車公司基本上只是說這很正常。 對於一家本應更好的酒店來說非常難過。

我們很高興能在福特球場附近找到一個房間來觀賞碧昂絲的演唱會。我們的房間費用是天文數字，但我們認為這是值得的。我們到達房間後，問題接二連三地發生。食物容器留下來，到處滴水，百葉窗不會降下來，所以我們暴露在 Gratiot 上的所有司機面前，然後我們要求額外的毛巾，他們給我們帶來了浴墊。我們在整個過程中不斷尋求幫助，但沒有人來修理百葉窗，我們要求在窗戶或隔板上掛一張床單。服務生說他不知道那是什麼，然後給了我一張髒床單放在窗戶上。最重要的是，在最繁忙的夜晚之一，他們只有一個人在工作，而且一部電梯壞了，所以你無法把它帶到房間。飯店裡的餐廳也關門了，所以唯一方便的是去音樂會的地點

It’s a basic hotel that over charge for everything 45 dollars a night for parking is crazy and my car wasn’t really protected it was parked in the open the front desk was making it sound like it was in a covered parking lot but it wasn’t. I would understand 45 dollars for your whole stay but per night is crazy. Charging for breakfast too I should’ve went to a different hotel. The rooms were basic nothing special I been in better motels then this

Great location. Really friendly staff. Area is a bit loud- if you are super sensitive bring headphones or earplugs- lots of cars racing down the street at 2 am, but hotel has no control over that. Walking distance from lots of good stuff. Secure parking lot with in/out pass. Overall would recommend!

Terrible experience, we had to move rooms several times, smell was awful, pop machine didn’t work, got locked in the bathroom.. you can’t close the door or you get Locked in!

The room was a nice size but the room wasn’t vacuumed to my standard and the shower ceiling was literally falling down on our heads.

This is an exceptional hotel, from the convenient location in regards to the Ford Field Stadium to the excellent service provided by the staff, Michael was patient in funding our reservation, as my name has changed since using my membership! There is a restaurant in the hotel with excellent food, which we really appreciated after spending the entire day at the Stadium for the State Wrestling Tournaments, which start early and end late! The breakfast buffet in the morning is also exceptional with a wide selection of items! It was very good as was again the exceptional service! This is definitely our favorite and we will be back next year!!!

Booked 2 queen rooms and requested they be near each other, arrived at hotel and was told rooms would not be near each other but they could give us 2 king suites with pull outs next to each other. We opted for that option and when we got to the rooms they were hot and AC wouldnt stay running. The mattresses on the pull out couch are HORRIBLE, spring were popping out. Hotel should be ashamed of calling that a suitable sleeping option.

Everything was great we stayed at the hotel because we went to a concert at little Caesars Arena! The staff was super friendly and helpful ❤️
