The Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus). The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet). Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort.

The hotel is simple in a good way. The rooms are small but well designed so it is ok. The pool is huge and everybody is around not in which is even better for people who like to swim quietly. The beach is artificial but that is the way it is. The breakfast is outstanding, on of the best ever, and god knows how many breakfasts I have eaten in hotels. The a la carte menu that you can have at the pool bar or at your lounge chair is short but very tasty. Little deception with the buffet that we took at dinner on our arrival, but you have so many options to dine out as the hotel is located 50 meters from the ”center”, an open air food court with very good restaurants if you choose carefully. Last but not least, If you are into kiting and/or wing-foiling the hotel has an agreement with the Duotone Center located in Casa Cook's a sister hotel. It is a 15 minute ride by Tuk Tuk. In a nutshell we recommend.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. The food was good, with plenty of variety at the buffet and snack bar. The beach was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with family. The pool and other facilities were also well-maintained. However, we would suggest adding more dedicated beach space specifically for resort guests to enhance comfort and privacy. We would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Adryana at the Reception Desk for her kind support and for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. We were especially pleased to receive our room cards promptly upon arrival. Also, sincere thanks to Mr. Mohamed Adel, the restaurant waiter, for his outstanding service during every visit. His friendly and attentive manner truly stood out. We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay. 整個酒店挺度假風的，環境很不錯，海灘和泳池非常漂亮，Ebrahim總是幫我把房間打掃的很乾凈還給我放很多瓶水，餐廳裏還有各種酒吧裏的部分服務員也是非常的熱情，其他也是兢兢業業，吃的東西雖然是屬於那種所謂的白人飯，但味道其實都還行，尤其是門口外面那個燒烤小哥，烤出來的牛肉鮮嫩多汁，可以看圖一到圖六 不過我想留幾個問題給你們度假村，甚至是sunrise酒店集團思考下： 1、你們酒店前台為什麼不接聽攜程客服代表的電話，是不重視攜程訂單嗎？ 2、首次進入酒店房間床上仍然是非常多的毛髮和污漬，可以看後四張圖，你們對於房間衞生的考核標準在哪裡？明明有很多空房間，在我要求換房間的時候似乎早有準備的説沒有房間了，你們是否對於顧客保持了誠實的態度？多虧了Ebrahim幫忙換床單，我才能躺的安心 3、我打三次電話致電酒店前台要求送水，為什麼一直都不送，難道我需要向你們下發紅頭文件才能拿到水嗎？得虧Ebrahim在，這才拿了六瓶水 4、海灘的鮮榨果汁店的員工有什麼毛病，見到顧客一臉戲謔的樣子，開口先問顧客來自哪個國家，一杯橙汁開口五歐元，在拒絕購買並走出很遠後大聲喊CHINA，我不清楚他是什麼意圖，難道酒店的顧客一定要花五歐元買一杯鮮榨果汁，還是説他認為中國遊客掏不出五歐元？你們酒店對於果汁店外包商的管理規章制度是什麼，就這樣讓他們敗壞酒店名聲嗎？ 我提出上述問題不期望能得到你們的回覆，但希望給任何能看到這條評論的顧客幫助

Das Hotel ist für ägyptische Verhtältnisse gut, besonders die Sportanlagen. Mit europäischen Verhältnissen allerdings nicht vergleichbar. Leider versuchen die Einheimischen einen bei jeder Gelegenheit um Geld zu betrügen, speziell bei Transfers, die unverhältnismäßig teuer sind.

從希爾頓換過來的，也是一家很火的全包酒店。酒店人超多，很安全，晚上還有各種活動。 阿拉伯風格的建築真的好美，我住的泄湖景觀房，觀景效果超美！傍晚也一定要看夕陽，太好看了。 房間裏面設施簡陋，不過能接受，也沒有大家説的那麼不堪。 吃的來説這邊都差不多，白人飯就那樣。 關於服務來説，我沒有感受到歧視這些，相反態度挺好的。

一個非常大型的遊樂場所，幾乎都是俄羅斯人 餐廳很大 但選擇的餘地並不多 菜系是俄羅斯菜 位子比較難找 我住的房間新裝修味道很大 換了個老房間 送了房間水果和延遲退房 沒退差價了。大多房間面對的嚴格説來衹是人工海景 是T字行 一橫是紅海 然後挖了一豎 兩邊的房間都面對着這一豎 前台幾乎天天可以看到發火的客人 簡單的入住 不知道為何普通前台員工不能處理 一定要經理 而經理往往同時處理幾件事還不停的打電話 我的入住從開始辦理到拿到房卡四十多分鐘 我是有預訂的

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at The Grand Hotel Hurghada (24/7 – 30/7) I had an absolutely wonderful stay at **The Grand Hotel Hurghada** from **July 24th to July 30th**, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making our vacation truly memorable. The **food** was simply outstanding. The quality, taste, and unbelievable variety exceeded all expectations. Every meal offered something new and delicious, making dining one of the highlights of our stay. The **staff** deserve special recognition. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were always smiling and genuinely happy to help, serving guests with dedication and pleasure. Their positive attitude made us feel at home from the very first day. A special thank you goes to **Mr. Nader** at the Reception. He is, without a doubt, one of the best hotel reception managers I have ever met. He is highly professional, courteous, and an excellent problem-solver. Any issue was handled quickly and efficiently, always with a smile. I would also like to thank **Mr. Mohamed Moawad** from the Food & Beverage Department. He is one of the finest professionals at the hotel—extremely humble, welcoming, respectful, and genuinely caring about the guests' comfort. Another person who deserves special praise is **Chef Mahmoud**. He is simply one of the best. His passion and dedication are reflected in the outstanding quality of the food served throughout the resort. The team at the **Eastern Restaurant** was exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. **Mostafa** and **Ashraf** and **Mohamed**deserve special recognition for their excellent service and kindness. Dining there was always a wonderful experience. The **Room Service** was also excellent. **Majed** is a kind-hearted gentleman who serves guests with genuine dedication, professionalism, and a cheerful attitude. His hard work did not go unnoticed. The **beach** is beautiful, sandy, clean, and perfect for families. There were always plenty of available sunbeds and enough space for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The hotel offers a great selection of restaurants: * The International Restaurant next to the Reception. * The Pasta Restaurant on the second floor. * The Eastern Restaurant with its outdoor grill near the Reception. * The large white beach restaurant serving Shawarma, Burgers, Hot Dogs, and Pizza. * Another beach restaurant serving snacks and French fries. Every one of these restaurants offered excellent food and service. The only point I would suggest improving is the **swimming pool area**. The hotel has only one main pool, which is not enough considering the large number of guests staying at the resort. Overall, my family and I had an outstanding holiday. The excellent hospitality, delicious food, beautiful beach, and the genuine kindness of the staff made this one of our best vacations. I highly recommend **The Grand Hotel Hurghada** and look forward to returning again.

入住時居然遭遇代理商把訂單取消了，差點沒入住成功，攜程客服還是挺給力的幫忙解決問題。 酒店不靠海，有兩個泳池，不大，沒來得及下水，第二天要出海所以定這家衹包早晚餐非常划算。 check in時送了前台一支筆，沒有要求升級房間，但是給安排了2樓一件套房。餐廳有點小，自助餐味道還可以。
