麗莉公寓飯店(Lilly apartments)

The apartment was clean and spacious. The sofa bed was ok for the younger side whereas extra single bed was placed in the lounge for the older child. Its up on a hill so might not be ideal for limited mobility. Staff was helpfull. Only stayed a night, local shopping street nearby around 15 minutes walking distance.

I cannot recommend Lilly Apartments enough to anyone planning a trip to Hurghada, Egypt. This is an enchanting place of comfort, hospitality, and stunning rooftop views over the shimmering Red Sea. From the moment we checked in to the moment we bid our goodbyes, the entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The heart of any establishment is its team, and Lilly Apartments boast an exceptional one. The main manager, Ibrahim, was a walking encyclopedia of the city. His recommendations were absolute gold. Under his guidance, we had the pleasure of visiting Orange Bay and the Dolphin House, and took a wonderful day trip to Luxor. What made the Luxor visit even more memorable was the private car arranged by Ibrahim for us to explore the majestic Karnak Temple. The guide, Susu, was incredibly knowledgeable, providing fascinating insights into the ancient history of Egypt. This truly enriched our understanding of the captivating local culture and history. Sophia, who managed the front of the house, was a true lifesaver when it came to local food. With her assistance, we dived into the local culinary scene, sampling food from El Esra and El Dar Darak. It was an absolute delight, a tantalising journey of tastes we would have otherwise missed. But, the true highlight of our stay had to be the rooftop view. Here, we were tended to by the affable executive, Nabeel. He helped us navigate the delicate art of shisha and ensured we had a constant supply of the best mango juice I've ever tasted. All this, while we were lounging by the pool, drinking in the breathtaking panorama of the Red Sea. In short, Lilly Apartments in Hurghada offer not just rooms, but an immersive experience wrapped in Egyptian warmth and hospitality. Whether you are a history buff, a foodie, a leisure-seeker, or simply in search of that perfect Red Sea sunset, you'll find it all here. Party was amazing around the pool area 🏊‍♀️ Want to say thanks 😊 🙏 all team of Lilly apartment for help in organization, they made this day unforgettable for us. Es war der schönste Urlaub im Lilly Apartment. ich wurde vom Flughafen mit dem Taxi direkt in Empfang genommen und zum Apartment gefahren und mir wurde direkt das Zimmer gezeigt und die Dach Terrasse mit dem Pool. Im Zimmer wurde mir alles erklärt und gezeigt wo was ist. Man hat auch ein Bügeleisen und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde auch regelmäßig gesäubert und die Handtücher wurden immer frisch ausgewechselt. Das Personal war mega lieb. Wenn man irgendetwas brauchte konnte man sich direkt an das Personal wenden und es wurde dir erfüllt. Ich habe mich in dieses Zimmer verliebt. Ich hatte einen Whirlpool und einen mega Fernseher. Und einen Balkon. Die dachterasse war ein Traum. Es gab dort einen großen Pool und man hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Abends konnte man sich dort gemütlich hinsetzten und shisha rauchen und was trinken. Alles war sehr sauber und alle waren super freundlich. Man hatte auch Zugang zu einem strandbereich wo es auch Cafés gab und einen weitern Pool in der Nähe vom Apartment. Es war alles dabei. Ich bin mega zufrieden und vermisse es jetzt schon. Ich hoffe wirklich das ich bald wieder dort Urlaub machen kann und kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Danke an das Personal ☺️❤️ Samantha

مكان رائع جدا في كل شئ كل حاجه كويسه في المكان مدير الرسبشن محترم جدا ومتعاون كل الناس في المكان محترمين الابتسامه دائما ودا اهم شئ المكان نضيف جدا موقع رائع خدمه علي اعلي مستوي وبجد مش هتكون اخر مره في هذا المكان شكرا علي كل شئ كانت اجازه جميله ❤️

Very clean hotel in city center. Staff are friendly .Only problem is parking if you go with your own car because it is on a hill.City center is near with many supermarkets and restaurants around.Beaches around are average .Although there is a beach affiliated to the hotel ,it takes a long time to reach it.

The apartments are clean and well equipped, the pool is lovely and not too busy, a very short walk into Hurghada. However, the best that this place offers are the staff, they are always eager to help with any problems, speak good English and are cheerful. I will stay here again.

My stay was satisfactory, although I encountered an issue with the staff. They did not inspect the apartment before my arrival, resulting in a missing and broken item. I had to contact them to have the issues addressed. Additionally, I found the cleanliness of the place to be subpar.

The staff is what made the trip for us. Ibrahim, one of the property managers was in constant contact with us well before our stay. During the course of our stay he helped us secure all the day trips and excursions that we requested, including the day trip to Luxor, swimming with the dolphins and a day trip to the Orange Bay. He was available throughout our stay for questions and concerns and addressed everything promptly. Sofia and Marwan at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful and assisted with everything from making restaurant recommendations, to helping us change rooms when the A/C in our room stopped working to helping translate our orders to the local restaurants. The rooftop pool area with views of the Red Sea is incredible. We spent many days up there alternately using the pool, getting work done, ordering food for rooftop dinners and smoking sheeshas. A special shoutout to Nabil who manages that area and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable time on the roof. The rooms were clean and functional and perfect for our holiday where we spent most of our time outdoors in any case. The apartments are centrally located and everything that you need from small local beaches, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, dive shops and the central shopping district are within walking distance. The marina and the mosque are no more than 5-10mins by taxi. I highly recommend Lily Suites when traveling with family, friends or even solo.
