斯帕拉多奢華客房住宿加早餐旅館(Spalato Luxury Rooms)

The lady who checked us in was great! The room was really nice, once we got there. Found out we were staying in a different location with a dirty, unlocked stairwell. The person (guy) I contacted about a airport shuttle and checking in didn’t really want to help in any way, I set the shuttle up through the lady we checked in with. Room wasn’t cleaned well, lots of hair on bathroom floor. There was a bonus though, we found a scorpion in the bathroom. Having said all that great location is why you would stay.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel/AirBnb. I don't believe this is a hotel, but rather an Airbnb. There is no hotel signage on the building or any way to locate it from the outside, as it is a locked apar**ent building with no lobby (see photo). Although I checked in for my reservation ahead of time, they cancelled my reservation without informing me (and they have no listed cancellation policy). When I called them to ask why they cancelled my reservation and asked for a refund, they hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam.

安裝在 2 obrov 的附樓，位於 3 樓，沒有電梯。一樓是一家酒吧，因此，俯瞰街道的房間在午夜半點之前都會有人交談，然後街道的清潔機。3 號房間的空調間歇性工作。 最後，四樓被吵鬧的人佔據，凸顯了天花板隔音效果差。 飯店擁有美麗舒適的客房，但專為想要利用完全步行的旅遊中心的人而保留。您必須步行 150 至 200 公尺才能乘坐預訂的計程車

I stayed here for one night while traveling through Croatia. Great location! Everything is very walkable from the property. Milana was extremely helpful in providing directions, food recommendations but mostly importantly booking a car to take me to the airport as I had a very early flight heading to Italy the next day. I would highly recommend staying here while you are in Split.

Thank you Ana for your amazing service. Communication with this property was always prompt. Provided pick up service from airport and guided walk to our room. So close to everything but quiet as well. Very pleased with our stay!

Travelling on my own I found it easy and safe to come back to when I needed a break from the heat. Location is fantastic! Hosts were lovely and arranged an airport pick up for me. Loved the renovated rooms and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Sometimes the light didn’t work in the entrance hallway so have your phone torch handy and sometimes there were loud people upstairs in the middle of the night. Have your ear plugs nearby.

Both the property and staff were superb. We needed a couple of nights stay in Split before getting on our cruise liner and for the price this couldn’t be best. The room was lovely, great shower, and air conditioning. Location was just off a pretty square in the Old Town which was stunning. The hotel arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport (€40) and despite us arriving very late in the evening we could easily access our room. The ladies on reception made us feel welcome and helped us with all our enquiries. Overall we had a great stay, and would recommend this property highly.
