底特律南菲爾德萬怡飯店(Courtyard Detroit Southfield)

The service was good. The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable. A nice stay at the hotel.

Never got room service. Asked for more towels and pillows three times and never received. The man that worked the desk at night was rude. The pool had enough chlorine in it to ***** the paint off a jetliner. We cut our trip short by two days because of the service at this hotel. Pre-paid for this visit and still got charged a deposit. First time ever having to put down any kind of deposit for a hotel stay.

So disappointing - I stayed at this hotel for 2 days - when I came back for day 2, housekeeping hadn't shown up. I had food from the night before and had hoped the garbage had been taken care of.....when I went to the front desk to mention this and ask for linens and coffee, he complained that the service hadn't been provided for someone else. This didn't make me feel any better - and I was being very pleasant about it. The next morning, the bistro wasn't open for breakfast because the worker hadn't shown up....I was traveling for work and on a precise time schedule. It added a wrinkle for a stressful day. Lots of other issues - no sanitation supplies in the fitness room, no glasses for water as well. Not sure if I"ll ever stay at another Marriot - very very disappointed.

There was only one set of towels and when requested 2 sets for 3, was informed that wasn’t possible and could only provide one set. Didn’t receive towels the night of request so called next morning and was informed towels would arrive soon. When towels arrived there were only 2 towels, 2 hand towels, and no washcloths. Called the front desk and was informed I would have to wait for the washcloths and there was no timeframe. Tub had slow drain and tried to call front desk several times but no answer. No housekeeping provided although family members 2 rooms down, received housekeeping. Room restocked with only 2 towels and 2 hand towels, no floor mats, sugar or cream.

Lobby furniture dirty wore out, smell of febreeze overwhelming. Staff friendly. Room had dirty towel hanging in the closet, carpet was filthy and the upholstered chair was filthy, wouldn’t consider sitting on it. The bathroom area was clean but fresh towels had not been replenished.

The front desk clerk was very rude the bathroom was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable,And the dryer took my 2$ and the front desk could careless.

The overall stay was good, however, there was a very limited and poor breakfast selection. The reservation staff was good and even offered us drinks on the house when there was a problem with the keys that delayed our check-in upon arrival. On a somber note on the day of check out, we noticed our blanket that look like it was not clean and was in need of a washing.

I like that my 7 year old daughter enjoyed the pool. I liked the premises but there was a lot of trash around the entrance where my room was. That’s my only complaint

My room was dirty when check in my bathroom had hair on floor and the housekeeper took my person bath towel and pool dirty will never stay here again
