"I had a reservation for a king size non smoking with amenities since I am handicap. I called the same day to confirm the reservation. After being at the hospital and my sister having a very long surgery I went to check in to the room only to find out the room had been cancelled, not on my behalf. The man that checked me in offered me a room that was being renovated that would be no charge for the night. Upon leaving the hotel this GM told me to go to desk before leaving. They said they were giving me a "discount" for the room, which wasn't what was discussed when checked in. I live across state and just got home 2 days later and called regarding the charge, this so called GM Husein that doesn't know how to speak to customers compared me with going to McDonald's. His employee did offer the free room if I stayed and could tell I was exhausted! This hearsay GM doesn't want to discuss anything with his employees he's very rude, he don't care about the people that come to the RRI I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY, ESPECIALLY when they will just throw you in a non full working room! I will be taking this higher!"

"I received the most phenomenal experience with this hotel staff members. Very clean atmosphere and professional at all times they really were helpful and willing to assist me and my family in all our needs. When I visit this area again I'll make sure to reserve at this location. Thanks everyone ☺️"
