酒店太舊了，床墊塌陷， 一樓很潮濕，感受欠佳，不會再來

酒店老舊，訂了二個房間都有股黴味，不乾淨，早歺更差，沒吃。一百五美金一個晚上簡直太差了，下次不會住更不會推薦

My check in time was 3pm and I arrived at 5pm, but my room was not ready. It wasn’t until 6 pm the room was finally ready. The whole point of paying to stay in a hotel room is that the hotel promises to have a room for you for a set amount of time. I paid but I didn’t get a room for the agreed upon amount of time… the front desk lady was nice but offered nothing more than a quick apology.

The young gentleman at the front desk was extremely warm and welcoming and provided useful information for my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, but could use some updating.

Very pleasant stay for a work trip. Everything in my room was very clean and the night auditor was friendly/ very helpful during my check in

The hotel itself is very nice. The only thing I wish was that it had a choice of more restaurants in the area. Only two. But the one we picked was excellent.

Max was the concierge at the hotel when we stayed. My husband called for a late checkout because we were taking our son to a doctors appointment a few hours from home and I knew we wouldn’t be able to get out as early as needed. Max was so helpful and accommodating, he also checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable and double checked that our room choice was what we wanted for the night since we had our young baby with us. Couldn’t recommend enough and we are so appreciative for Max and his kindness!

Always the same; polite, professional and friendly and always amply supplied vending machines. Great coffee and tea choices too. The pillows are my only complaint. Some bored executive or V.P. in corprate decided to shorten the pillows!! The pillows are too small - change them back to the way they were, please. That is all

Even though it was Thanksgiving, staff made sure there was plenty of breakfast choices for travelers. Great coffee too!

After making the payment online. Checkingbin at the hotel was quick and smooth. Good experience

I didn’t like how loud all the doors were when they closed. Other than that it was very clean and the staff was great!

Excellent two night stay. Great location, staff and checkin was easy. Breakfast both mornings was wonderful. Highly recommend!
