Très bon endroit. Personnel de la réception, très aimables. Déjeuner très bien.

We stayed overnight on a saturday at the end of Feburary. The price was so good. The location is really great because it's only a 7 minute drive to downtown Charleston (depending on which part). Mount pleasant is nice to stay in. They had a decent little breakfast in the morning with a few hot options. I would absolutely stay here again!

The front desk service was extremely nice. Check in was fast and efficient. Everyone was so helpful.

While the room was clean and pleasant looking, they are so tiny that a family of four is very cramped. This would have been tolerable but the beds were easily the most uncomfortable I've EVER slept in. The mattresses are rock hard with barely any cushion. I never have back issues but after this stay my back ached for 2 days afterwards.

floors were very sticky with some kind of residue so much so I had to wash our slippers when we came home. Many parking spaces are way too small for a van. The smaller spaces should be marked "compact car only" the checkin clerk was great and the breakfast was good.

Dev at the front desk was very accomodating of my special need. The suite we stayed in was spacious and very clean. We had a great stay.

Ideally located on the other side of the bridge from Historic Downtown Charleston. Quiet area and near shopping. The room was nicely decorated but the hallway carpet in the common area smelled musty. Staff friendly.

Most amazing staff ever! Would come back just for that treatment Seemed like the blankets were damp when the room was turned, the dampening smell was overwhelming

Danny, the guy at the front desk, was simply amazing! He has a great sense of humor and is very accommodating. I will definitely be back for another stay!

Please immediately call me, I need full refund I don’t want to stay here, I have already changed two rooms, these are worst , no hot water, rooms are smells and a/c is smell

This was the worst property I've even stayed in. The room was dirty, things were broken and the staff did not care. I only stayed one of the two nights and then got the hell out of there. Don't ever stay here

Great location, clean, spacious and overall a great hotel. We went Monday to Thursday and it was very quiet. Convenient location to everything !! Staff was very friendly. I would recommend staying here to everyone.

Our room was quite dirty and the front desk staff was unhelpful and quite rude. So much so that after check in-we promptly left to secure another hotel nearby, checked out, and left. We will certainly not be staying at BW Patriot's Point again and will advise others to avoid it as well.
