Relaxing! can’t even describe the experience at this resort, this is paradise for sure, from the moment you step out of your car you are greeted with house cocktails, the staff are very professional and at your service 24 hrs, as others have mentioned in their reviews you will not regret staying at this Resort, big thanks to Elon the property manager, Martha, Carolina and Michael our server and the rest of the staff at the restaurant thank you for your exceptional service, If you also like to enjoy a spa experience, try the spa, you will not regret it. Hands down one of the best. We are already planning our return for another memorable stay, finally To everyone at The Ocean Club, thank you.

I visited this property via a shore excursion with NCL. Let me start by saying I typically spend some time to research an excursion before even attempting to purchase and found the reviews on this property really good. I was shocked when I arrived to see what the pictures do not show is a property in need of intensive maintenance. The excursion allowed me to use the amenities and the beach area and lunch. Out of 3 pools only 1 appeared to be safe to use. The salt water pool had what appeared to be algae growth all over the pool. This is very unsanitary. The other pool had chemical balance issues since the visibility was cloudy you could not see the bottom. Bathrooms cleanliness was not up to par with what this property should have. The gym upstairs is disgusting. The ceiling is full of mold, i cannot working out and breathing that air up there. This is extremely shocking to see this in a Marriott property. The lunch was terrible. It was a 4 course gourmet meal that had no sign of high quality food. The only thing I enjoyed was the fried croquettes but I can't imagine anything that doesn't taste good fried. The main course fish was disgusting. I took one bite and sent back. I was not offered any replacement and truly would not have wanted one but still the gesture should have been offered. My overall impression of this property is that i would never come back here unless management stepped up and improved the quality of the property and its food. The only positive is that it has a beautiful location. I have added pictures for anyone that is curious to see what im talking about.

Segundo visita desde Italia esta vez acompañado de amigos y familiares ,como la primera vez super excelente servicio y todo mas lo que no podemos obviar es que los CAMAREROS nos piden las propinas en EFECTIVO YA QUE DICEN QUE EL HOTEL Y LOS DUEÑOS Ian Sant ,la gerente ANE ,LA DUEÑA CAROLINA,se las Roban Y eso esta muy mal..les voy a escribir directamente a Marriott International Y A LOS ALTOS RANGOS porque ya es un ABUSO ver si los pueden ayudar chicos ya que no es justo que con tan buen servicio y POCO personal no VALOREN su esfuerzo y además Que le roben las propinas eso me tiene mal.. INCREÍBLE SABER QUE 5 ANTERIOR ES AN RENUNCIADO ESPERANDO AUN SU PAGO Y ME DICEN QUE ERAN LOS MEJORES CAMAREROS WOWW QUE MAL SEÑOR IAN SANT Y MARRIOTT SE ROBEN LO QUE NO ES SUYO.. CHICOS los ayudare subiendo los post a las redes sociales y a la USPH INSPECTION para que visiten el sitio ya que hasta cucarachas han aparecido anteriormente en comidas y las autoridades están compradas por el señor IAN sant increíble espero que la CHEF TITA NO SE PRESTE CON ESTO ..COMO LES PROMETI CHICOS OS AYUDARE DESDE AQUI POSTEANDO CADA DIA

El motivo el cual di 3 estrellas fue por la consistencia de todos los trabajadores,los cuales nos pedían a cada uno de mis familiares 13 en total ,las propinas en CASH porque dicen que el dueño no les paga se las queda y fue muy estresante eso...

Excelente estadía en esté hotel, tranquilidad y un excelente servicio impecable, los restaurantes con comida de primera el servicio de los muchachos de primera, la playa hermosa súper limpia y olas suaves, realmente párese una piscina, de la piscina excelente y sobre todo una tranquilidad con una excelente vegetación, bueno el lugar lo recomiendo 100%. El servicio de Martha 5 estrellas pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo Gracias por hacernos la vida más fácil. Mi reserva fue echa via Amex y tuvimos un upgrade de cuarto por un apartamento de una habitación, muy amplio el apartamento con todo y cosina todo muy al día y limpio. Excelente muy sastifecho

Amazing time with a wonderful staff. We've been here twice now. It's a quiet resort but you have your pick of seating options including complimentary cabanas. The town is walkable and intereting to check out. The concierge team planned some wonderful excuslrsions for is as well. Would highly recommend and go again
