索倫托的熱門 5 星級飯店

我們分別於2013年和2014年住在皇家酒店，想回到索倫托，並且在那不勒斯住了幾天。上次我們入住的時候，我們保留了海景房，但是由於這些房間中的大多數都設有浴缸淋浴而不是步入式淋浴，所以這次我們保留了套房。我們保留了一個側麪海景套房，很高興將其升級為一個非常好的正麪海景套房。 正如我們在2013年和14日所記得的那樣，工作人員既愉快又樂於助人，早餐的選擇以及餐廳的氛圍都非常出色。我們大部分時間在泳池邊吃午餐，這裡有很好的選擇，準備充分。 我們僅對管理部門提出2項要求，請提供用於日光浴浴床的床墊，並考慮更換淋浴間。

Amazing place, I found this restaurant on tiktok and I must say it definitely lives up to the hype. The view is incredible and beautiful but the service and food is exquisite. Really attentive professional staff we got a lovely anniversary cake which was lovely. There was also a piano player playing redemptions of modern songs was lovely. They catered for gluten free and dairy free and couldn't fault anything about the food was delicious. Not to mention how beautifully decorated the hotel and restaurant is 10/10 recommend worth the spending in my opinion if you are looking for luxury.

聖誕節前在這裏住了四晚，酒店為我們升級到最高層的兩個房間，相對滿意。酒店位置很好，離中心非常近。酒店很乾凈，每天換床單。但早餐沒有傳說中的好，估計那是因為這個時候酒店客人很少，也就那麼幾個客人，所以早餐天天都是那麼些東西，也許夏天會很好吧。餐廳吃飯比外麪要貴較多，還是建議到外麪吃好。酒店推薦的花園餐廳也還蠻不錯，挺漂亮的。這個時候到索倫托很不錯，可以感受聖誕氣氛，建議周末去，氣氛相當濃。而且也是檸檬和橘子季節。

Hotel is nicely positioned close to the center within 10 minutes walk. Is very clean, as housekeeper will clean and bring clean towels twice a day. The only issues was some mold forming on one to the bathroom walls due to humidity. Just to be clear, hotel is not on the beach. You have to go down on many abrupt stairs until you reach the beach. The problem is when you come back as climbing those stairs can be somewhat tiring. If you get a taxi from the beach to hotel it costs 20 euros. I had a very nice Hugo cocktail at their bar. Next day at the pool I asked for another one. It was not even close to the one I had the night before. If you are a 5 stars hotel I recommend to keep the same around facility. Also, don’t book a regular room as they are not upgraded. Overall is a nice hotel but definitely not a 5 stars.

The Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria was awarded Travel & Leisures #1 best hotel in Italy and #7 in all of Europe recently. Magnificently appointed. Not a detail missed. Phenomenal food, including the amazing breakfast buffet with freshly made omellettes to order. The grounds are gorgeous. The sea view!! Service unparalleled. All right in the center of town, yet you don't hear town. The most beautiful hotel I've ever seen!! It comes with a hefty price tag, but worth it if you can.

We loved this hotel and location a lot. Our first trip to Sorrento and my partner proposed on a private boat trip in Amalfi so the hotel holds a special place in our hearts. It’s peaceful, the staff are wonderful, food and drinks are very good. Views over the water to Naples are beautiful especially during sunset. The room was gorgeous. The beach bar and loungers by the sea were so peaceful with more lovely views over to the port. Big comfy loungers, massive pool, great service there. We would love to come back next year. We booked a pick up from Naples airport to the hotel via reception for easiness and it was great and quicker than expected. Our room was ready early. The only tiny tiny thing I’d say is a welcome drink would be fab especially for a 5 star hotel, and water topped up more regularly in the rooms but I won’t knock down a star for my thoughts ❤️

2024 年 6 月中旬的一個週末，我和夫人去意大利南部素有那不勒斯海灣明珠之稱的蘇蓮託, 有幸體驗了這家新近開張的超五星級酒店。 進入Ara Maris，迎接我們的是非常友善的門僮和無障礙英文溝通的前台服務人員。酒店的氛圍立刻就給人一種賓至如歸的好感。環視酒店大廳，無論是傢俱、擺件、燈具、色調、還是大廳盡頭牆壁上的畫作處處都體現出了意大利設計師精心的設計和現代派的藝術風格。給我們的第一印象是，簡潔、現代、明朗、還透着一種讓人非常舒適的“輕奢”。 大廳酒吧的調酒師推薦了當季最流行的雞尾酒-Spritz。最讓我驚喜的還是免費配酒小吃中的綠橄欖。毫不誇張的説這是我在意大利吃過的味道最好的綠橄欖，不鹹，入口有一股濃濃的橄欖香味，讓人回味無窮。 酒店雖不大，但為方便客人設定了多部電梯。 酒店房間裏的設計也充滿了濃厚的地中海式氛圍。房間中一改傳統的地毯鋪地設計，採用了當地傳統工藝製作的深藍色的地磚和淺灰色的地板結合，拱形門窗讓浴室更凸顯當地設計風格，客房內配備的茶杯都和浴室內牆上設計的瓷磚相互呼應，既美觀又實用。酒店還貼心的為客人準備了去海邊遊玩必備的拖鞋和沙灘包，大大的沙灘包可以裝下你需要的所有物品。離開酒店時，帶有酒店標誌漂亮的沙灘包和拖鞋也是酒店送給客人的禮物。 推門走到客房的陽台，映入眼簾的是180度海景。但欣賞落日餘暉的最佳地點還要數酒店頂層的露台吧。客人可以在落日時分在露台吧喝酒聊天，欣賞美景，在落日的餘暉下結束一天的活動。 還要點讚的就是酒店的餐廳，早餐，幾十種餐廳自製的麪點讓人有種小孩子進了糖果店的感覺。第一天晚餐也是超讚。每道菜從擺盤到口味都不亞於我們之前在當地品嚐過的米其林餐廳水準。 一個週末在意猶未盡的時光中就溜走了！這麼舒適的酒店，這樣豐盛的美食，還有周邊沒逛完的小城讓我們決定有時間時一定要常去。

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. At our previous hotel we had left our electrical adapters. Your step gave us a spare that you had. 酒店麪對維蘇威火山，位置很好，距離碼頭也近。周圍很多餐廳和小店。早餐一般，好吃的不多。服務人員很熱情。停車每天20歐。
