房間還行，地理位置也挺好，離開海邊一個路口，走走三五分鐘就到，前台Genti 人很好，陽光帥氣，樂於住人，早餐也還行，西式，中國胃要求別太高 哈哈哈

90多個的房間的酒店，早餐不到五個人； 前台看不到實際訂單詳情，只有辦公室的人可以看到，可是下午兩點多辦公室已經沒有人工作，所以前台堅持讓我按金50歐元，我已經預付的房間居然還要按金，我最終衹給了30歐元按金, 第二天早晨退還給我了，因為辦公室人員早晨上班了； 房間的門無法自動鎖上，因為鎖老舊，前台上來拆卸鎖後往裡麪注潤滑油後鎖才可以自動鎖上； 房間裏寒冷，空調器不工作，只有穿外套勉強過一夜； 電視機也無法看，只有收音機功能； 地鐵可以直達我住的四樓，但是下樓要走到三樓才可以乘坐電梯下樓。 建議攜程徹底放棄該旅店，不是一般的差勁，他們不想投資改進，且系統落後。

Hoewel het hotel niet slecht was, vond ik het eigenlijk alleen zijn prijs waard.

I booked this hotel in August 2024. It was pre paid, and confirmed on my end, unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel in Dec 2024, the front desk staff said that we do not have a confirmed reservation.  They collected a cash amount to us to be able to let us in the room. They don't accept card and they have asked us to withdraw money from outside, and it was night time already and we do not know the place.  We reported it to Trip.com. They were very helpful.  We stayed there for 3 nights, and they asked us to pay the total amount of the 3 nights stay, and then eventually Trip.com

可怕的經歷。顯然明星們要么把它們作為禮物贈送，要么購買它們。與其說是四星級飯店，不如說是一家糟糕的二星級飯店。一進房間就發現地板上有水，詢問解釋後還理直氣壯地說房間剛剛打掃過，地板還沒乾。房間有點被忽視，牆上的插座脫落了。浴室的門全部毀了，關不上（不是鎖，只有門），我們多次要求修理，但從未完成。迷你冰箱壞了，兩天後就換了。無線網路很糟糕，從來沒有用過。電視沒有接收任何頻道，向接待處報告後，我們得到了一張卡可以插入，我們不再遇到任何問題。有一天早上，我們醒來發現浴室裡沒有水。大樓裡的 3 部電梯只有 1 部能用，速度非常非常慢，一次最多只能 3 人上去。完全不提供早餐，甚至飲料機也壞了，你必須離開酒店才能到達供應早餐的房間

It was an epic stay! Good service, nice staff. There were some minor issues like the bathtub pluge broke on us and the wifi was slow but considering the price we paid, it was all worth it. This is a good hotel to stay at:)

The service was not too bad we did not have any food the room was different to what I booked it was very damp and mouldy in places the bedding was also damp when I complained they said they would move us to another room the next day but we were only staying for 1 night I had another night booked and paid for but won't be staying there e

Check in was relaxed and friendly, the room was exactly as needed for our short stay and was clean and tidy. The hotels location is great, just a short walk from loads of great bars and restaurants. Would happily stay again.
