房間還行，地理位置也挺好，離開海邊一個路口，走走三五分鐘就到，前台Genti 人很好，陽光帥氣，樂於住人，早餐也還行，西式，中國胃要求別太高 哈哈哈

90多個的房間的酒店，早餐不到五個人； 前台看不到實際訂單詳情，衹有辦公室的人可以看到，可是下午兩點多辦公室已經沒有人工作，所以前台堅持讓我按金50歐元，我已經預付的房間居然還要按金，我最終衹給了30歐元按金, 第二天早晨退還給我了，因為辦公室人員早晨上班了； 房間的門無法自動鎖上，因為鎖老舊，前台上來拆卸鎖後往裡麪注潤滑油後鎖才可以自動鎖上； 房間裏寒冷，空調器不工作，衹有穿外套勉強過一夜； 電視機也無法看，衹有收音機功能； 地鐵可以直達我住的四樓，但是下樓要走到三樓才可以乘坐電梯下樓。 建議攜程徹底放棄該旅店，不是一般的差勁，他們不想投資改進，且系統落後。

It’s been a rollercoaster with this hotel, and I was changing my mind about it a couple of times, but here’s the truth. The hotel is not 4 starts for sure, but for what this price can buy in high season in Malta it’s a very adequate deal. Don’t expect anything fancy or anything beyond the most basic amenities. The hotel is good for staying there to sleep, but not spending time there. Don’t bother with the roof terrace either, pool and tub waters are murky and don’t seem sanitary. I saw other peoples reviews and pictures and realized that I got the most OK room the hotel could offer. My next door neighbor was chain smoking in his room, and firstly the reception staff refused to do anything about it and bluntly said to my face that they won’t enforce hotels policies. But the reception manager next day helped me deal with the situation and was very nice and helpful in general about other touristy inquiries. Haven’t had breakfast, so can’t comment. Overall the hotel is okay for what it’s worth, but I recommend checking the room before accepting it just to be on the safe side. But it’s pretty obvious that it’s reasonable to expect what there is at this price point.

這是迄今為止我住過的最糟糕的地方之一。不用費心預訂至尊客房。沒有任何額外內容可用。提供茶/咖啡，但沒有水壺。冰箱壞了。空調/加熱器不工作。房間裡充滿了香菸味，當我要求換房間時，他們給了我一架空氣清新劑。工作人員很友善，但酒店和管理卻陳舊且無能。一切都潮濕發黴

儘管已經付款預訂，但結果第二天卻沒有房間，結果也沒有吃到付款的早餐，總體來說不建議。房間有陽台但打不開，電梯很大，坐起來很嚇人

Все ужасно , грязь , плесень , унитаз течет , в пульте нет батареек , каналы телевизора не показываю , по коридору течет вода , бассейн вообще не моется , лежаки грязные , стулья рядом грязные , в ресторане есть нечего , бекон рвется только руками , этот отель не рекомендую , зарядить телефон не возможно , там английские розетки , на сайте нигде не указано , надо бежать искать и самой покупать переходник , ужас

For the $53 per night that we paid we had everything we needed. The room was plain but  adequate in size, shower, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv, refrigerator, small balcony, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool, sauna. Easy to get to get to. Dont remember if a breakfast was offered because we ate in our room. All we wanted was a clean room and a place to come back to at the end of the day. The Windsor hotel was perfect for us.

Por el precio que tenía siendo un hotel de cuatro estrellas no sé puede pedir más . Había gente joven que por las noches montaba jaleo pero no es culpa del hotel, la zona no está mal comunicada para hacer las salidas a otras localidades. Han destrozado la belleza de sliema haciendo edificios para turistas y destrozando el patrimonio, igual que en la costa española una pena
