Having stayed in many Quest’s over the years mostly for work this seemed like a logical location for a 3 day Singleton stay. Arriving at 10:30pm the 24 hour reception was not open and instructions left to access keys by entering my phone number into a drop box. Attempted and failed. Rang the out of hours number and after waking up the person was told they didn’t have my number despite it being on the booking. Potentially sending a message via the booking system prior to my arrival would have been more logical. Moving forward got into the room and tried to get some much needed sleep. The bed however had other ideas. This was hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. After traveling extensively through Asia where hard beds are the norm this was a new level. To the extend that on the second night my wife slept on the couch. When speaking to reception the most i got was a “oh thats not good” This was so bad we actually checked out a day early and checked into another hotel at additional cost. We were told by reception that the manager would contact us around the feedback and the loss of a night yet we have yet to hear anything. Without doubt a terrible experience and one I would not want anyone to to through. Please explore your options elsewhere.
