This Hotel was very dirty!! Plus at breakfast the serving utensils were dirty!!

I loved staying at the inn, sometimes I need to get away and have my me time. My first room was in the right area ☺️ very clean and peaceful.

Strong smell of smoke in a nonsmoking room, no remote (not a game changer most days), thin walls that allowed you to hear every argument, cough and fart in the next room and there were roaches. Literally had to guard food to keep them from getting into it.

I was very unhappy from the beginning because the lobby is locked after certain hours. I was left standing outside tring to check-in to the room. The clerk took my payments inside with her and checked me in. Then a random homeless person came up to me asking for money. I did not feel safe at all. I had never experienced that before. The breakfast was cereal and bagels or toast. I went to the Waffle House down the street. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Noise easily traveled between the rooms making it virtually impossible to sleep. The towels were very thin and appeared cheap. Additionally, the soap was also small and cheap. Disturbing also was the sight of blond or light brown hair the shower wall. I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to any future guests and I will not return. On a scale of 1-5 (with 5 the highest) I would assign the score of 2 for this property.

They came one time and cleaned the room there was loud music being played at 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning just really bad service the whole time we were there i will never stay there again

I always have no problem with my two service dogs with me then are you gonna question pet friendly means pet friendly not extra money just cause you have a pet with you that acts better than any kid I’ve ever had in my kids were good when they were little

Would not book. Staff was friendly but I walked into the room and walked right out. Got a full refund but would never stay.

Receptionist was rude and not helpful, key didn't work after 3rd try. We had to find another hotel

The price I paid for the room was quite nice. The only thing was that after hours the lobby was closed, and to check in its thru bell. And I had to wait outside while she filled out some paper work. It was cold outside. Other than that, clean room, it had many places around where you can get a bite to eat.

No towels hole in walls fighting neighbors all around bad experience and roachs

They put a chain smoker next to me and I woke up around 11pm to a smoked fill room and a headache! I called the front desk several times before they answered. They offered to move me, but I was already in bed. Frustrating. There should be signs that say smoke away from the building especially if the rooms are supposed to be smoke free.

Toilet wouldn't flush they never sent maintenance ask for hand towels to bath they only had 1 when they finally brought to me . Bathroom floor was dirty. No stopper for tub
