新加坡鄰近SG Heart Map- Queenstown的飯店

設施：房間確實感覺有點小，但是性價比可以，兩大一小雙床房很ok，足夠睡～無邊泳池很棒～基本沒有很多人，玩的很開心，還有小童戲水池 衞生：清潔的小姐姐點贊，每天都會遇到且非常友好，房間每天都會更換床單，非常好 就餐：酒店早餐區有室外、室內的早餐也比較豐富，樓下就是商場，吃的東西很多，印度菜、螃蟹、西餐都有；馬路對面有三個食格（肉骨茶、鱷梨果汁、魚頭煲、魚丸湯、新加坡奶茶）全部打卡好評 交通：酒店叫車非常方便，去機場大約28刀；酒店門口有好幾個公交車站，也很方便 服務：前台小姐姐非常nice，辦理入住很認真且快速，絲滑入住；早餐區每天都有人指引就餐位置；入住首日還送了minibar，飲料啤酒零食，離店都沒吃完～ 總體體驗很好～

前台服務好，沒入住也可以寄存行李，兩室一廳房間確實寬敞，很乾凈，打掃衞生也很及時，每天都給足補給，洗衣機 帶烘乾模式，小家電都很好用，沒有別人説的粘濕的感覺，別人説的不好都沒遇到，超級給力，周圍吃飯也很方便，酒店樓下就有餐廳，周圍超市，公交站台，地鐵站都在直線距離100-200米左右，很方便，下次來還會選這裏👍🏻

Stayed at the end of Nov/early Dec 2022 for 6 nights Pros: -building is very instagrammable, they even have photo icons on the ground to guide you where to stand to take photos. -check in process was easy and smooth -they have coffee machine at lobby area and lots of places to sit and lounge -swimming pool on lvl 2 with towels you can grab yourself there. -there is a shared communal kitchen with microwave/dishwasher and fridge but you have to label the products you buy yourself or else if the product is expired or doesn't have a label they chuck it away. -rooftop area on lvl 8 where you can get a view of the surrounding areas. -overall lots of outdoor spaces to sit. -there are areas to bbq if you want but you need to hire it like those portable bbqs -on lvl 1 in a different building but connected there is laundry that costs $6 for 15kg wash that cycles for 30 minutes and the dryer cost $6 as well for 1 hour dry cycle. -room itself is 13sqm but it doesn't feel that small as it looks on paper i think in part due to the very high ceilings above the bed so you don't feel so cramped and gives that sense of space. pretty clever designed room. -room feels new, i mean it did only open in April 2022. -bed and pillow are fairly comfortable not too bad. Initially it feels comfortable but over the days it was okay only and the bed was ok kind of like stiff foam that has some give but a little firm. There is space underneath the bed to store luggage. -plugs on either side of bed as well as usb slots. -water kettle is provided in the room as well as cutlery in the room. -fridge is shared and located outside in each corridor. -there is a desk with plug and ethernet port. -there is also a tv with only local channels. -sink is outside the bathroom area on the wall but it does have liquid hand soap and a big round mirror with good lighting. -jug is provided and you can refill it yourself outside your corridor. each level has a water dispenser refill station which provides clean filtered distilled water in both hot and cold temperatures. There is also a shared microwave and paper towels in each level of the building. -lots of nooks and crannies in the room for example next to the door you can put things on a small recessed wall shelf and there is another cupboard you can put shoes or sandals etc. -hairdryer is provided. -toilet and shower are glass separated -they provide 2 toilet papers and 2 hand towels and 2 body towels. -shower is amazing, rain and hand held shower head with plenty of strong hot water pressure and hot water that lasts. -collapsable laundry basket is provided in the room. -electronic curtain shade on the windows and the windows are big round ship-like glass. -hanger coats that you can hang your clothes and towels are provided in the room. -there is also a reading lamp and racks above the desk to put stuff which was nice. -tissue box is provided. -mrt entrance is directly across the road from the hotel. -wifi spee

離nus 很近，可以步行到校巴站，建築學院和工學院，附近是nus 的著名的後街美食，有香港小廚、泰餐等，第一天安排的房間比較小，第二天升房以後才寬敞不少

沒有提供飲用水，居然是為了環保；沒有充足的熱水洗澡（注意：熱水持續時間最長不超過1分鐘，然後至少要等30分鐘才再有熱水），這個極不正常的現象，酒店大堂經理居然説是為了安全的正常現象；房間充斥着刺鼻氣味，出門開窗通風，大堂經理居然威脅我説要是下雨弄濕地毯要另外收費。當然好的地方就是每天的衞生搞得不錯，然後門口就是公交站，出行很方便。

入住時酒店前台贈送了寶貝小童用品包，裏面有洗刷用品、小童拖鞋、小零食、和畫筆🖌️等 酒店整體環境非常優美，真的有種住在植物園的感覺，你房間打掃的也非常乾淨，刷洗用品，用的歐舒丹的。 早餐種類豐富，很適合孩子的口味 酒店大堂門口有排隊等待的出租車司機，出行很方便，一樓大廳還有一家麪包店，口味不錯。 下次來新加坡還住這裏～👍

酒店位置很好，出門就是公交站，到地鐵站也衹有兩三百米，交通非常便利。離景點牛車水、濱海公園等，都有直達的公交車，很方便。酒店一樓和四樓都有自助早餐，品種豐富，味道很好，可在酒店前台買早餐券，$15/位。酒店房間雖然不大，但是設施齊全，電器及衞浴設施都很不錯。酒店大廳的接待員有一位小姐姐，會説中文，服務很熱情。四樓有游泳池、健身房、洗衣房等。

房間在同價位的算大了，置物空間也算多。但是室內衹有一個垃圾桶，放在廁所，卧室沒垃圾桶你敢信。另外沒有刷牙用的玻璃杯，也沒有免費的礦泉水。比較好的一點是有兩扇窗可以打開通風，這在新加坡比較少見。 服務方面清潔比較逆天，每天早上八九點固定來敲一次門，想睡個懶覺都不行，逼着我掛不要打擾的牌子。後來退房出去的時候繞了一圈發現同層的一堆人都掛了不要打擾的牌子，説明確實都覺得煩人。 還要説的就是前台巨囉嗦，跟推銷一樣聽了我是旅遊的又是讓我升級去他們總店又是給我推旅遊景點，一個入住前前後後快折騰我半小時，手續也一堆。我目前在新加坡住了三家他是辦理入住最慢的一家。 最後在下面沿河岸逛的時候小心野生動物，這河禁止釣魚，裏面烏龜，蜥蜴，魚和蛇我都看見過。

If tranquility and peace is what you’re looking for, you’ll find it here. Hotel is recently opened and therefore occupancy is not in full swing as yet. There is minimal staff on site and no F&B options available as yet. Staff recommends going to nearby (10mins sheltered walkway) train station (Kent Ridge) for food or drink. We visited over ***** New Year holidays and luckily food court at nearby NUH hospital was open. Overall the facilities pool and gym are very well kept. There is a work space cum dining tables indoors and also outdoors poolside which you can use to dine in your BYO food. Very thoughtful of hotel to setup induction stove, microwave and hotel water dispenser at lobby area for food warming. There’s even a BBQ PIT and sink next to pool but unsure how to register to use. Have suggested to hotel to setup some vending machines until their F&B outlet is operational. Don’t think it’ll happen too soon as renovations still ongoing for food outlet. Will definitely return for R&R again. But need to BYO drinks, snacks or food! Or just order Grab delivery!

房間開始預訂的三人房 Studio 三個人沒有空間走路放行李箱，後來加升級到另外一種房型，新加坡酒店太貴了，我覺得攜程的價格沒有競爭力。連續住了五個晚上，酒店最糟糕就是不是每天打掃衞生，需要我每天提醒，這個覺得最不合理的。早餐一般，餐廳小人很多，幾乎都是排隊，還有食物也不多，整個酒店的感受一般般。
