I booked this hotel for my supplier for two weeks. Upon checkout, they did not refund the deposit. I called the receptionist/ management, Tiya, the person who handled my booking and deposit, to refund the deposit. They said okay and they would refund via bank transfer. Despite the promise, I still hadn’t received the refund six days later. When I called again, they claimed that a dirt stain on the bedsheet was the reason they wouldn’t issue a refund. Anyway, some level of dirt is normally accepted in typical hotel stays. This is completely unacceptable. Actually, I wanted to book another stay for a different supplier for two weeks. I told him about this, and I said if you all do this, it will be hard for me to support them. They replied that it’s okay, I don’t have to support them. Really speechless.
