蒙紹最佳時光飯店(Besttime Hotel Monschau)

Gepflegte, saubere einfache Unterkunft. Zentrale Lage, Zimmer etwas hellhörig, aber im Grunde ruhiges Hotel

Angereist halbe Stunde vor der Zeit, obwohl da Arbeitskräfte anwesend waren, wollte keine vor kommen und uns die info erteilen, wo wir parken dürfen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber zum Übernachtung ausreichend, wenn Sie sauber gewesen wären re super gewesen. Nicht einmal gesaugt, im Bad lagen Haare auf dem Boden von den Vorgänger. Frühstück war super und ausreichend.

Zimmer schön gestaltet, klein aber fein, absolut ausreichend, Rezeption sehr freundlich, Frühstück am Sonntag leider ohne Brötchen, diese waren innen leider noch tiefgefroren und einfach wortlos entfernt ohne neue bereit zu stellen. Gäste wurden im unklaren gelassen, wir mussten dann notgedrungen auf Brot umstellen. Ansonsten ein guter Aufenthalt.

Hotelzimmer ist wohl vor unserer Anreise nicht richtig gereinigt worden, z.Bsp.Duschwanne noch lange Haare, unter dem Bett Lag eine Flasche, Bonbonpapier und ähnliches, Frühstück naja geht so, Personal kaum bis gar nicht der deutschen Sprache mächtig. Hotel in dem Zustand nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Sauberkeit im Bad ließ zu wünschen übrig. Es roch muffig und der Siphon war undicht. Alles recht einfach, aber ausreichend für 2 Nächte. Unterschied Comfort Zimmer zu Budget ist marginal.... das Geld kann man sich sparen.

Prima hotel in centrum Monschau na 31 kilometer lopen (Eifelsteig). Kamers redelijk basic maar wel goede prijs-kwaliteit. In directe omgeving goede mogelijkheden voor een diner. Goed en verzorgd ontbijt. Vriendelijke mensen. Prima dus!

Dat ik kon parkeren. Dat was wel € 10.00 per nacht waard. Er stond in de referentie dat er een dakterras was, alleen mochten we deze niet gebruiken. Terwijl het prachtig weer was! En er was niet goed rekening gehouden met onze leeftijd, allemaal plusminus 70 jaar, want onze kamers bevonden zich op de bovenste verdieping. Het ontbijt was middelmatig en de koffie(automaat) was slecht!

Nul nul nul à notre arrivée après 20h00 plus personne a l’accueil, aucun personnel présent pour nous remettre les clés de la chambre et de plus le gérant de l’hôtel dit encore qu’il a essayé de nous appeler ce qui est complètement mensonger, 1h00 passer au téléphone pour au final devoir repartir dans un autre hôtel qui (eux) nous on attendu jusqu’à 00h00 car 1h30 de route a faire à partir de 22h30…aucun personnel de l’hôtel n’as voulu se déplacer pour au moins nous remettre les clés! et de plus cette hôtel nous as quand même empoché 95euros sans aucun remords. Bref tout cela pour dire à mes amis français éviter vraiment cette hôtel qui ne vaux rien!

We recently stayed here for 2 nights, at the end of a 2-week vacation in Germany. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it was quiet at night and in a safe location. Otherwise, our stay was unpleasant and I would NOT recommend staying here. First of all, we requested parking and when we arrived there was one space left out of six. We parked in the spot and went to check in. The person checking us in was not only rude and unwelcoming, but she was unhelpful. She told us we had 2 minutes to get our car out of the parking space as it was reserved for another guest. Keep in mind when you’re booking at this hotel that parking will be a problem. You can request a spot but there are 29 rooms and ONLY 6 spaces. After unloading our luggage we asked for the nearest parking lot. We were told to “go down the hill, take a left and parking will be only the left.” When we asked for more specific directions using a map, she was clearly not interested in helping us. We eventually found the Parkhaus using Google maps. Looking back now, we realize the directions she gave us made the Parkhaus seem close to the hotel, but in reality it was NOT. Lesson learned…..trust Google! Once we settled in our room, the room we were given was handicap accessible so it was roomy and fairly clean. We did not participate in breakfast. The hotel had 2 vending machines. One was empty and not in use. The other one was sold out of water. We had a wonderful 2-week vacation in Germany and this was our one negative experience/encounter.
