「最初，我們透過Trip.com預訂了一間可直通泳池的雙床豪華房。我們一到那裡，他們就給我們免費升等到了加大雙人床套房，配備兩張加大雙人床！奇妙！他們還提供從暹粒吳哥國際機場到酒店的免費接機服務（這絕對是一個加分項，因為市中心距離新機場較遠（距離機場約 40 分鐘車程）。酒店環境令人驚嘆，安詳！
不過淋浴間的水確實有些魚腥味。我相信這是因為夜市（與飯店同一區）的水污染造成的。除此之外，從熱情好客的服務到當地的旅遊規劃，一切都很棒。」

「一下到機場，老闆娘就安排人來接機，一路到達她的旅館。老闆娘的服務態度真的是太棒了，每個細節都服務到位。幫我們換牀，問我們要吃什麼口味的早餐，早上做的早餐實在不錯，還有豐富的水果吃。早上起來，空氣清新，感受到了大自然與人的和諧，以及美麗的人文禮儀。很舒服，老闆娘也是很熱心，提出了好多問題，他都逐一給我們解答幫助服務，最後去金邊的時候，也幫忙我們叫了很棒的車。住過中國那麼多酒店，服務意識都沒有老闆娘這個服務好。時間觀念好，懂需求，有條理，熱心服務，實在太棒了！體驗到了什麼是以人為本，這才是真正做到了 君子愛財，取之有道。體驗到了，深刻，很開心有這樣的人生體驗。走的時候情不自禁地給了老闆娘一個擁抱，感動，祝她生意興隆」

「酒店距離酒吧街很近，門口就是夜市，吃飯、購物、娛樂都非常方便；房間很乾凈、帶有陽台，空間布局很好，用品也都還好；帶有一個小泳池，但周邊無遮擋，白天一直有太陽曬着；早餐為點餐，較為簡單。」

一切都在步行距離。
晚上不是很吵,因爲它在一個安靜的區域。

訪訪客Sala Lodges in the enchanting city of Siem Reap is nothing short of a hidden gem that boasts not only of charming aesthetics but also of exceptional service that made our stay unforgettable. Nestled quietly away, this hotel provided a tranquil retreat that was much needed during our travel.
The service at Sala Lodges was commendable, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. The staff were attentive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist us in organizing our trips around Siem Reap, making the overall experience hassle-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed.
As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved.
The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration.
Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay.
To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable. Whether you’re traveling in the wet season or not, Sala Lodges offers a cosy retreat that will surely enhance your Siem Reap adventure. Highly recommended!

DDongshanwuying整體很不錯，酒店裡每個服務員都很熱情，服務非常周到，環境也漂亮，早餐豐富，唯一的糟點就是如果旁邊住的客人吵會受很大影響，隔音不太好

HHuhu一進酒店前廳就是一尊大佛，大廳震撼又温馨，歡迎小吃和飲料也非常棒。酒店環境也非常好，游泳池有酒吧和餐廳，聽説晚上還有表演，但是我們是出去看的。服務人員的服務非常周到，每次出去回來都送上冰水，打招呼，有問題隨時服務。房間更是綠意應然，床下是個泡澡池，非常愜意。整體感覺非常棒，必須好評！

TTusitela-gutieleisilinbu住的是女生專用房，乾淨，安靜便宜，出去外面就很熱鬧，大家一起出去玩！這是我第一次住hostel，體驗感超好！也從這裏開始，回來就買了背包，成為了背包客，開始住青旅

訪訪客用戶We came here for the first part of our Cambodian holiday. The room is comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. I thought their breakfast was amazing and it was included with our stay so please don't miss it. Kimsinh was our main contact there and he was helpful the entire time. He helped organize tickets and dinner reservations. The hotel was undergoing renovations so we did not really enjoy that part of it however, We will look forward to checking out the changes when we come back

KKSea 14-Star Luxury Hotel for the Backpacker Price of $40/night!
The first thing you notice about Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel is just how pretty it is! The architect, painters, decorators and maintenance staff did a fabulous job (see my photos). The second thing you notice is how delicious the huge buffet is – including free espresso drinks. Third, you notice that the rooms are not only nice but that everything works well (aircon, hot water showers, refrigerator, wifi, and cable TV with news channels from a half dozen countries like CNN). Fourth, it is in a quiet location less than 15 minutes from Angkor Wat, and only a $2 tuktuk ride to Pub Street or anywhere else in Siem Reap.
But then you notice the best part: the outstanding hotel staff. For example, the Front Desk Manager Phyrun personally helped me when I could not make my room keycard work, and even brought me a bucket of ice. Originally I booked five nights during Chinese New Year with Trip.com discounts for $39/night, but he gave me a free upgrade from a garden view double with king bed to a pool view room. I liked it so much I wanted to extend, but the best I could find online was $41/night garden view, $51 for pool view. I asked Phyrun if I could get the upgrade again if I bought the $41 online, and he said no – but he smiled and said he would give it to me for $40/night the Khmer rate instead (normally $50 for barangs like me)!
The restaurant had other examples of great staff. Some days the restaurant is overflowing with several hundred guests, other days only a few dozen. Yet they maintain the quality and personal touch from the egg and soup station, to the bountiful buffet, to the waiters and waitresses that clear the tables. The Restaurant Manager Somedy and his Assistant Manager Chhaiya keep it all flowing smoothly. Even on the busiest day, waitress Chanthla took the time to show my Khmer friend’s elderly stepmom the way they fold the napkins. Today the espresso machine was not working for a while, so Chhaiya offered to have a waiter drive over to the sister hotel to bring me lattes. I repeatedly declined, but was very impressed by the excellent customer service attitude.
So the real beauty of this French chateau style hotel is its employees, including very efficient housekeeping and grounds staff. I checked out the “5-Star” Sokha Resort on the other side of its convention center, but did not like it half as much (especially for 70% more per night). Normally I would be afraid to write a review of a hotel that I like so much, but with 456 rooms I don’t have to worry about it being full. Do yourself a favor and stay here when in Siem Reap.
