Had an awesome time here, extended my stay and came back for a night bus! Thanks Dan, John and other staff. I even lost money for the washing machine and they gave me more without question My tuktuk driver was exceptional, Mr Touch - made me feel very comfortable and looked after me for the Angkor Wat tour He’s been driving for possibly longer than I’ve been alive - definitely recommend him 😊

Big sturdy 3* hotel. Old fashioned oak in bedrooms. A little run down but did the job. Like bathroom toilet roll holder very tarnished. Also bathrobes in wardrobe dirty with stains. Good choice for breakfast but same every day. Very good quiet location. 5 mins to walk over bridge to night market and pub street. My room at back of hotel so very quiet. Didn’t care I didn’t get a view. Just wanted quiet. They organised airport pick up and temple travel. Early take away breakfast was also given to me without asking for my 4:30am temple sunrise visit! Nice surprise. Overall good value for money in good location but needs some love.

The hotel and staff were above excellent. I felt that the staff truly cared about their guests. The information from the staff is trustworthy and the English skills of the staff was very good. The rooms were very clean and the food was exceptional. The hotel is very close to Pub street and the room price is reasonable. I recommend this hotel.

Sarai Resort and Spa delivered above and beyond in every aspect of a luxury boutique hotel experience. We are so glad we decided to stay here! Customer service from Rose, Anna, David, Tim and the rest of the staff (many more!) was excellent and made us feel so welcomed from arrival to departure to when we had to return after having Visa issues. The service was really above and beyond across every touch point. The hotel also packed us a super cute and large breakfast basket for our sunrise Angkor Wat tour. This had to be one of the best value for what we received too. Nice, clean, spacious room, free breakfast, free airport transfer, free welcome drink, free 30 min massage (which was excellent) for 2. Final price also included taxes and fees, no hidden costs. We want to say thank you to the entire staff of Sarai for making Sarai our home in Siem Reap!

Great experience in this hotel, the place and the rooms are amazing and the staff is incredibly nice and helpfull ! The swimming pool is so beautiful and the breakfast is great. Do not hesitate, this one of the Best hotel I have visited. And special mention for Mr Leap at the reception, he is very helpfull and kind !

房間很安靜，沒有朝馬路，遠離了路邊摩託的喧囂。床品舒適，雙床房，床有120，舒服。衞生間寬敞乾淨，盥洗台對着一整窗的綠植，感覺很好。酒店的服務員很熱情，彬彬有禮，細節服務都很到位。酒店的餐飲，擺盤漂亮，口感不輸網紅店。早餐點餐式，食物品質很高，非常美味。五星的配置，五星的服務。酒店離暹粒酒吧街附近大概10分鐘車程，突突車，2美金。是個值得去入住的性價比極高的酒店。酒店的洗漱用品是個自然系品牌，用着很舒服。暹粒還是挺安全的，乾淨，煙火氣十足。

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. It's near the main attractions without being on top of them. It was a bargain price with breakfast included. It's not far from Siem Reap airport & they can arrange collection from the airport for you. There are a couple of supermarkets opposite as well as pharmacy in one of them. There are lots of restaurants a short walk away towards the river & Pub Street as well as a market which is open in the evenings. Ankor Wat temples are also only a short tuk-tuk ride away. The hotel has 2 x small pools which were great, as well as happy hour in the early evenings to sample their cocktails while you cool off at one of the pools. The breakfast was impressive with a wide selections / choices to suit all nationalities. Probably the best breakfasts we had on our 3 week trip. The rooms were large, with the most comfortable beds. The bathroom was modern with a lovely shower. There are tuk-tuks outside the hotel so if you don't feel like walking it's easy to get that lift. We also used the spa facilities & had massages & treatments which were so cheap compared to other places we visited & were great. The staff were friendly helpful & courteous. All in all I could not fault this wonderful hotel. Would I stay there again? - Absolutely I would!

首先，服務非常好！前台和餐廳都是標準的泰式服務。 酒店不大，佈置有當地特色，大概20-30間房。在一條不太熱鬧的巷子裏，走到夜市大概10分鐘。個人感覺暹粒還是比較安全的，晚上走在路上，行人還是比較多。門口有2家西餐廳，價錢不便宜。自助早餐一般，麪檔還可以。11歲的小孩子收了9美金一天早餐費，還可以接受。 最不喜歡的是酒店提供的是可重複利用的玻璃瓶，裝的水。不敢喝。

很不錯的酒店，服務很好，早中晚進來都可會打招呼。房間的燈光很有地方特色，走廊裏的味道香香的。第一天來辦理入住的時候，有好喝的飲料和水果。前台的態度非常好，問了一些無關的問題，也幫忙解決了。還有送機服務。 游泳池很漂亮，人來了就會開噴泉，游泳的時候會送一杯免費的茶水，其他就需要收費了。 住了四晚很開心，下次來暹粒還可以考慮住這裏，以後還會推薦朋友來。
