もう最高です！スタッフの皆さん、特にお名前を忘れてしまいましたがマネージャーの方、毎日気遣ってくれました。息子が小さいので洗面台に手が届かず、踏み台があったら嬉しかったです。 朝ごはんは1日だけお願いしました。最高に美味しいブレッド、フルーツ素晴らしかったです。 マッサージも安くて良かったです。本当にありがとうございました。また必ず行きます

한국 가족여행 호텔오자마자 웃는얼굴에 친절한 직원이 있습니다.기다리는 동안 웰컴드링크와 핸드메이드쿠키를 줍니다. 수영장도 깔끙하고 조식도 맛있고 직원이 너무나 친절합니다

Great little place. Bungalow style accommodations just outside the city centre and across the road from the Phrae Circus. Staff are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. They gave us snacks and drinks every time we came back from day tours.

Lovely mini resort of traditional wood bungalows grouped around two pools. Pleasant landscaping with trees and bushes. The bungalows are equipped with nice, well dimensioned bathrooms, bathtubs and glass showers. The breakfast is served at your private bungalow (On tablecloths!) Decent food is avalaible throughout the day. There is tolerable noise from trucks passing by at night. Staff is friendly and you will be given a small gift when checking out. Transportation by tuktuk to downtown is provided between 5-7p.m..

Absolutely beautiful place with outstanding service! We had a much better time here than in a five star hotel a few days before. I can only recommend! If you read this, do not hesitate to reserve your spot! Will definitely return in the future!

It’s a little out of the city, but this make the hotel more quiet and peaceful. If you want to be away from noisy central area, it’s a good alternative - they also provide free tuktuk to central area, only one way. The service is amazing! Everyone is smiling all the time and they try their best to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast with additional $5 worth the money. I also read on the reviews that people get free coconut, but that wasn’t a case for me, maybe they don’t do it any more. There are two pools surrounded by the bungalows and both very nice. I only had two issues: The small towels were dirty (or maybe old?). I didn’t need them, if I told them to change I’m sure they would do that. T to blame the hotel but just a note. And there were many lizards not inside the room, but outside on the walls and on the dining table. I couldn’t continue my breakfast outside due to this issue. But maybe this is ok for many people as the hotel is located in the middle of the nature with a great garden. My final note is about the details: l was on a work trip alone in Siem Reap and wanted to treat myself a nice hotel for my birthday and choose here. Although they’re not obliged to do that, small gestures would have been nice - such as staff telling happy birthday, or a small cake or room upgrade for free etc as many hotels do. Again this is not something I was expecting, but just a suggestion to the hotel staff to make peoples stay even more memorable.

Hotel meraviglioso. Lo consiglio vivamente!! Partiamo dagli aspetti negativi che sono irrisori e giusto per sottolineare quanto questo posto in rapporto pregi difetti vinca a mani basse! Ha l'unico difetto di essere su una grossa strada, ma il rumore in stanza è quasi inudibile. La strada non è visibile perché perfettamente mascherata dai molti alberi altri che vi fanno sentire nel mezzo della giungla!La posizione per alcuni potrebbe non essere ritenuta ottima in quanto non in centro (dove c'è un sacco di rumore e confusioni con locali con musica a palla che disturbano tutti!tuttavia sta a 15 20 Min a piedi dal centro, ma con i tuk tuk (gratuiti dalle 17alle 21) è veramente comodo e veloce arrivare alla pub street. Il personale è straordinario!!! Tutto!!! Uno staff come pochi se me vedono nel mondo!! Gentili, cortesi, premurosi, ti fanno sentire un re, non a casa, meglio!! Lo staff è estremamente disponibile, simpatico e sempre pronto ad ascoltare e ad aiutare. Al pomeriggio al rientro in hotel ti fanno trovare the e biscotti per rifocillarti prima di un bagno in piscina! Cibo delizioso, anche la cena, mai mangiamo in hotel, ma qui il cibo era buonissimo! Colazioni lucculliani( abbondanti e buone e per tutti i gusti con ampia scelta! BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI! Anche qui tutto buonissimo!!! Ci sono ben 2 bellissime piscine SEMPRE pulite, con acqua calda. Perfette come nelle foto che per una volta rispecchiano la realtà! Appena ti vai a fare il bagno ti viene portato il telo. Chin Chan, il nostro autista di tuk tuk ci ha portato per 4 giorni ovunque, soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta, sempre con il sorriso, e rendendo meraviglioso il nostro soggiorno! Grazie Mr Chan, rimarrai sempre nei nostri cuori! E poi un ringraziamento speciale va a Sopheap che si è dato da fare non poco per capire come rimandarmi una felpa a cui ero particolarmente legato spedendo mela in Italia!! Insomma, consigliato da 10 e lode!

Viaggio da sempre ma davvero è la prima volta che mi sento così accolta,coccolata e stupita della cura verso l'ospite.accoglienza con frutta fresca succo e brioches, massaggi nella comodità della propria camera con prezzi inferiori alla pub street. Regalo di check out inaspettato e commovente e la piscina ragazzi è davvero un sogno dopo le fatiche dei tour sapientemente organizzati. Un ringraziamento speciale a Minea che ha fatto in modo di lasciare una traccia nel nostro cuore

This place is a hidden gem. It is a small boutique hotel that is just over a year old. The bungalows are adorable and the bedroom has great AC. The staff was amazing especially Meina who took care of anything we needed. We had breakfast on our porch, massages by the pool, and they even arranged for our Tuk Tuk driver. Our private pool was so refreshing and they had very comfy loungers to relax in. Our driver was Lai and he was amazing. We would ask for him specifically.

3 star hotel with 5 star heart ❤️ Delightful stay, staff couldn't do enough for you. Attention to detail second to none. Edge of town center giving a relaxed peaceful vibe. Easy 5 min free tuk tuk into town and 10 mins to temples. 1st class. Don't hesitate to book here

5 Nächte waren wir im Angkor Heart Private Bungalow. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und tolle Entspannung für uns und die Kinder immer nach den Ankor Touren. Idyllische ruhiger Bungalow mit großem privaten Pool. Super Service. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Essen und Massagen. Organisieren den Flughafen Transfer und bieten Tuktuk zur PubStreet. Klare Empfehlung.

I loved this place. It was budget-friendly, but so warm and authentic. The room had everything I needed and the location was great for getting on the road to visit temples in the morning or for going downtown for a couple hours in the evening. The staff was amazing, with every employee being so warm and polite. Both full days when I returned from hours of sightseeing out in the heat, they brought me a complimentary afternoon snack. I felt like I had my own little home for my time in Siem Reap. Please do be prepared for air conditioning that may not be as strong as you would prefer, but still keeps the room much cooler than outside and allows you to sleep comfortably.
