Very good and resposnive

All the food items was awesome and the ambience was at most and we were very well treated and we left like VVIP of the day and we had very good response from Debasis, and Ambika, we were very well treated by Ashim. I will recommend the hotel for my family and all friends thank you very much.

The overall ambience was excellent & the room was quite neat and clean..! The quality of food and service is really very good.. !! All the staff were extremely courteous & helpful. The internet service is good and easily accessible for your laptop or mobile. You will leave with a feeling that you got real value for your money...!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal Orchid central , Shimoga and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, which is always a top priority for me. From the moment I entered, I felt at ease knowing that attention to detail was a priority for the hotel staff. One of the standout features of my stay was the timely laundry services offered by the hotel. It's not often that you find such convenient amenities available, and it made my stay all the more comfortable. And let's not forget about the food! The dining options at restaurant were exceptional. Whether it was breakfast to start the day off right or a delicious dinner after a long day of exploring, Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. The combination of a clean and comfortable room, convenient laundry services, and delicious food made for a truly memorable experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Shimoga. A huge shout to Manager Rajlakshmi ***** with Sanjay, Gopinath, Shivraj, Zaiba, Malathi, Salima and Chef Bharat for their excellent hospitality. Also from front office Ms. Evangeline for continuous and timely support during the entire stay spanning almost 2 months. The stay was warm pleasant and felt more like home.

Business program held on your hotel on June 2nd it was really very nice and even coming to food really it's was very nice and gud taste . And all staff behaved very nice and chef nagesh and Prabhu, krishnegowda helped very much a special thanks to Mr vikas for nice arrangement.

Stayed for the second time in this hotel, the food was excellent with very cordial and friendly staff. The room was neat and clean and overall had a very nice stay. Would definitely look forward for further stay when travelling around shivamogga.

I stepped into the Hotel after 9 Years on my Personal Trip (Previously I used to be a regular visitor on business Trip). The cleanliness of the floor's near the Main Portico was a dismay and papers looked to be filled everywhere. In the Room which I stayed, the Shower Gel was Empty, Hand Was near Empty. This accounted for a visitor to understand that the Hotel Lacked the Previous Glamour. The Things which I noticed that this was not in Synonym with the name ROYAL ORCHID. I am sure you people should be masked under the glory as Visitors do come back on the name that Exits, but surely if this attitude is not corrected and actions put in place within the next couple of years someone is going to beat you out.
