弗雷德堡飯店(Hotel Freudenberg)

Bell’albergo dominante tutta la cittadina di Appenzell. Cucina curata e ottima. Personale discreto e simpatico. Ampia camera con terrazza, salottino, grande bagno. Televisione con pochi programmi italiani… peccato nel 2023. Manca il mini bar. Pulizia buona.

Eines der wirklich tollen und ursprünglichen Schweizer Hotels! - Zi 15 (gross, Balkon, Tolle Aussicht) - Zi 14 mit altem bemaltem Appenzellerbett, EZ Sehr feines Essen, Tolle aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung durch Chef, Chefin und Service. Feinste mehrgängige menüs am letzten Abend sogar mit freier Auswahl aus der ganzen Karte. Sehr grosse Gertenwirtschaftbereich zum draussen sitzen und die perfekte Aussicht zu geniessen. Parking direkt vor dem Haus Ab 3 oder 4 Nächten Appenzellerbahn, div. Museen, Bergbshnen dabei. Apoenzellerbahn ca. 8 Min. zu Fuss. Macht weiter so wir komnen wieder ziemlich sicher im Winter für Schneeschuhtour

This was our second stay here and it was every bit as good as our first stay. The location and setting are quiet and peaceful and the view over Appenzell is great. The rooms are large and very clean. The breakfast has a nice variety of food, and we enjoyed it so much that we rarely ate lunch. We ate dinner at the hotel every night and had something different each night, and every meal was excellent. We travel all around Switzerland and this is one of our favorite hotels. Thank you Robert and Barbara for making our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel staff and owners were fantastic and the rooms were spacious and clean. The food was excellent and the chef/ Owner, Robert and his wife work hard to make the hotel in our view a 4 star rated facility. We found the hotel to be much better than some of our USA hotels that we have stayed over the years. As for transportation from the train Bahn to the hotel and vice versa was provided by Robert and his wife. You do not get this kind of personal service in the USA. The area of Appenzell is beautiful with great hiking and at day's end a hotel to look forward too relax and dine. A big five to all at the Freudenberg!!! Thank you for the experience!
