「旅社真的不錯，標間不到三百的價格不知道在暹粒算不算貴，至少我覺得很不錯，乾淨整潔沒有異味，房間足夠大，有陽台，前台服務熱情，因為歐美遊客多，門口常駐突突車司機也能簡單英語交流，頂層酒吧，泳池，駐唱樂隊，是夜晚不想去喧鬧酒吧街的旅客休閑好去處，不喝酒，衹聽聽歌也很逍遙。」

「酒店就在市中心，離pub street 很近，離機場大巴出發點也就幾百米路程。周圍很多超市，買東西很方便。酒店設計很大氣，雖然設施比較陳舊了，但是房間很乾凈，還有個小陽台。早餐也比較豐富。 缺點：房間的wifi很差，在房間基本大部分時間都連不上網。房間的中央空調噪音非常非常大，即使調到最小檔，也依然哄哄的，分貝很高，睡眠質量不好的，就不要選擇這個酒店了，半夜你會很崩潰。房間的隔音很差。」

「首先，我很滿意，因為它很寬敞。雖然有點破舊，但總體來說維護得很好。早餐也不錯。泳池在天台，所以陽光很強，所以白天很少人使用。我一個人用過。作為參考，水比普通游泳池更深。暹粒有很多不同的飯店，我有很多顧慮，但我很滿意。我住的時候沒有看到韓國人，亞洲人幾乎沒有。早餐時，大多數人都是西方人。 順便說一句，我對優惠價格的水療中心感到滿意。 *優點：寬敞的房間，體面的早餐，友好的工作人員（我認為是“Dua”......它以D開頭，但我記不清確切的名字了。有史以來最友好的人！ ！ *缺點：位置有點模糊。不過，步行前往市中心或酒吧街還是值得的。缺點就是周圍沒什麼東西。」

「最近入住了柬埔寨的Metta Residence & Spa酒店，整體體驗非常棒，完全超出了我的預期！首先，酒店的環境非常安靜舒適，遠離喧囂，給人一種放鬆的感覺。房間寬敞明亮，設計風格簡約現代，設施齊全，尤其是床品非常舒適，每晚都能睡個好覺。 酒店的服務也無可挑剔，工作人員熱情友好，隨時準備提供幫助，讓人感到賓至如歸。Spa服務更是讓我印象深刻，按摩師手法專業，使用的精油和香薰讓人徹底放鬆，身心都得到了極大的舒緩。 此外，酒店的餐飲也很出色，早餐種類豐富，既有當地特色美食，也有西式餐點，味道都很棒。特別是他們的熱帶水果，新鮮又甜美，每天都能讓我開啟美好的一天。 總的來説，Metta Residence & Spa是一個非常適合度假的地方，無論是服務、設施還是環境都讓人感到非常滿意。如果你正在尋找一個放鬆身心的好去處，這裏絕對是一個不錯的選擇！強烈推薦！」

「4-Star Luxury Hotel for the Backpacker Price of $40/night! The first thing you notice about Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel is just how pretty it is! The architect, painters, decorators and maintenance staff did a fabulous job (see my photos). The second thing you notice is how delicious the huge buffet is – including free espresso drinks. Third, you notice that the rooms are not only nice but that everything works well (aircon, hot water showers, refrigerator, wifi, and cable TV with news channels from a half dozen countries like CNN). Fourth, it is in a quiet location less than 15 minutes from Angkor Wat, and only a $2 tuktuk ride to Pub Street or anywhere else in Siem Reap. But then you notice the best part: the outstanding hotel staff. For example, the Front Desk Manager Phyrun personally helped me when I could not make my room keycard work, and even brought me a bucket of ice. Originally I booked five nights during Chinese New Year with Trip.com discounts for $39/night, but he gave me a free upgrade from a garden view double with king bed to a pool view room. I liked it so much I wanted to extend, but the best I could find online was $41/night garden view, $51 for pool view. I asked Phyrun if I could get the upgrade again if I bought the $41 online, and he said no – but he smiled and said he would give it to me for $40/night the Khmer rate instead (normally $50 for barangs like me)! The restaurant had other examples of great staff. Some days the restaurant is overflowing with several hundred guests, other days only a few dozen. Yet they maintain the quality and personal touch from the egg and soup station, to the bountiful buffet, to the waiters and waitresses that clear the tables. The Restaurant Manager Somedy and his Assistant Manager Chhaiya keep it all flowing smoothly. Even on the busiest day, waitress Chanthla took the time to show my Khmer friend’s elderly stepmom the way they fold the napkins. Today the espresso machine was not working for a while, so Chhaiya offered to have a waiter drive over to the sister hotel to bring me lattes. I repeatedly declined, but was very impressed by the excellent customer service attitude. So the real beauty of this French chateau style hotel is its employees, including very efficient housekeeping and grounds staff. I checked out the “5-Star” Sokha Resort on the other side of its convention center, but did not like it half as much (especially for 70% more per night). Normally I would be afraid to write a review of a hotel that I like so much, but with 456 rooms I don’t have to worry about it being full. Do yourself a favor and stay here when in Siem Reap.」

「酒店處於市中心，離酒吧街十分近，特別方便。酒店環境很好，很乾凈，泳池水藍盈盈的讓人忍不住去遊幾圈。房間也很乾凈，入住時有鮮花點綴，床上擺着welcome liu讓人感動；服務很周到，很貼心，服務員每天見到你時都能喊出你的名字，從外面回來她們會迎上前説：歡迎回家，有有賓至如歸的感覺。早餐很好吃，符合中國人的口味；雞尾酒很好喝，價格還比酒吧街的便宜。開始入住的房間晚上可以聽到酒吧街的音樂，提出來很快得到迴應並給換了房間，讓你實實在在感到什麼是上乘服務。如果再來旅遊還會住這家酒店。」

「沒有熱水。看其他人的評論，這個問題似乎在2024年8月就存在，但到現在也沒解決。冷氣、馬桶、吹風機等設備較老舊但可正常運作。毛巾、枕頭套有些地方泛黃，床頭櫃有灰塵。 若以4星級的標準看待這家飯店，完全不值得。若以便宜、可以基本過夜的標準衡量，就會合理許多。 服務人員服務好、早餐好吃。」

「服務超級好，裝修風格以及整個酒店的設施是老牌酒店的樣子，燈光有點昏暗分控開關有點麻煩，有兩點覺得該酒店應該改一下，一個是床邊沒有插座孔，充電都需要放桌子上有點麻煩，再就是化粧桌對女士不太友好燈光暗距離鏡子又有點遠不太方便化粧～其他都可以！性價比很高地理位置也很好！總體滿意」
