稍微有點吵，其他還好

Clean updated hotel, great customer service, good breakfast, free parking.

酒店幾乎是完美的！周圍有很多美食，靠近六面旗幟，就在高速公路旁。乾淨的房間和漂亮的浴室。我們訪問的唯一問題是空調，它似乎沒有超過某個溫度。謝天謝地，房間裡有一個風扇。房間感覺有點悶，但除此之外，這是一次很棒的住宿。

I love it

Staff was very friendly. When room service came to fill towels while we were out they also tidied up our room (organizing shoes and toys that were out) only Demi complaints would be ONE! Of the breakfast staff she was a bit snotty to guest and her helper but EVERYONE else from front desk to back end were lovely! Also we found a pair of eyeglasses under the bed so cleaning may not have been 100%

I would start with the bathroom by the lobby had no hand soap. Secondly, we stayed three nights we didn’t get any cleaning service in the room. We had a full basket of trash and I had go speak with the cleaners to come and empty it. But I was surprised that they don’t do daily room cleaning and or check on the room to refill coffee and cups .

I did like the facility but the only reason it is not 5 stars for me is because i had ants in my room. They were in the bathroom and found a couple on my bed. That led to barely any sleep. When i went down to the lobby i did see q few around the check in desk as well.

Overall stay was great, except for the noisy kids(?) jumping around at 3:30am above our room. Had to call front desk 2 nights in a row, so they could talk to the upstair guest, to tell thier kids (I'm assuming) to stop jumping. Finally our 3rd night we asked to be moved so we could get some sleep. They eventually moved us and we slept great.

The building looks very well maintained and clean. The room is spacious with fully functional amenities. Easy check in; excellent customer service with friendly and professional staff from all departments. Having been traveling a lot, I always find it a nice treat to encounter such professionals. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express, for investing in great people! Highly recommended!

The rooms were spanking new and very clean. They had some unique features such as head lamps with dimmers or bathroom doors self closing, etc. The exercise room was good. The morning breakfast was quite good and had a good spread. The only area where improvement is needed is that when we requested that room be cleaned and supplies and towels replenished when we were out during the day, the staff did not do a great job. They did clean the room; however, they did not replenish the supplies and towers.

Plus: Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Easy access to places to eat. Negative:Backs up to very busy freeway, so loud fwy noise outside at the pool.

I stayed here with my friends and we had so much fun. We messed around in the pool for a few hours before it closed and ordered pizza to our room. I felt safe in the hotel, especially at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Stop in the middle of a move up state. Booked it within an hour of staying amd the staff had everything ready. Hard to see Six Foags across the highway from the hotel and not be able to have time to go!

Hotel appears to be fairly new so cleanliness and condition were excellent. Check in staff was friendly and accommodating wishing to give us a room away from freeway noise, though not requested by us. Fitness room had assorted equipment to easily serve 4 people at the same time. Room and bed were very comfortable. Morning breakfast had a wide variety of tasty items both hot and cold.
