赫茨豪華飯店的評論

酒店位於薩拉熱窩老城區，出門就是景點，非常方便。樓上有個咖啡廳，是個非常好的打卡點。房間的話算正常的三星水平。

地理位置優越，房間也不錯，但需要一些細心的維護和日常維護。風扇、吹風機、空調、馬桶座圈、門把手和窗戶都壞了。床很舒服，但兩張非常乾淨的單人床拼在一起，很容易從縫隙裡掉下來。樓下的餐廳會播放音樂到晚上11點，即使關上​​窗戶，我們房間裡也能聽到音樂，還能聞到香菸味。工作人員非常友好熱情。

位置相當好，但不幸的是，由於電力問題，我們被隨意換到了一家似乎在連鎖店中排名較低的酒店。

我們在那裡，感覺非常好。非常乾淨、非常友善、友善。我肯定會再去那裡

就是個hostel，巨差無比，不知道四星怎麼評的。酒店在一個樓裏，坐很小的電梯上九樓才能看到非常侷促的前台，房間除了前台邊巨吵的2個三人hostel間外，其餘要上樓而且沒有電梯，是手扛行李上樓。700元一晚住hostel，被罩上還有頭髮，我真的是瘋了

Nice location

Отель расположен прямо на пешеходной улице Ферхадия, все рядом, можно пешком дойти до старого города и всех достопримечательностей, рядом трамвайная остановка, много кафе, ресторанов, обмен валюты, все в шаговой доступности, в самом отеле прекрасный ресторан с панорамным видом на весь город.В номере есть все необходимое, чисто, завтраки хорошие.Рекомендую.

Hotel fatiscente, è ubicato negli ultimi 3 piani di un palazzo nel centro città. La camera aveva l'aria condizionata rotta. Ho fatto presente il problema ma non potevano risolverlo oltre ad avere le camere tutte occupate. Luci rotte, sporco, 2 TV in camera una sopra l'altra, asciugacapelli rotto, mobilio vecchio. Hotel costruito in modo abusivo sul tetto di una costruzione esistente. Da evitare assolutamente

Отель находится на пешеходной улице. Очень понравился угловой номер с панорамными окнами. Персонал приветливый. В номере были чайные принадлежности. При раннем выезде хотели попить чай, но оказалось, чайник не работает. Спасибо, дежурному сотруднику - он налил кипяток в баре.

Замечательно. Отличное расположение. Все достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. В отеле помогли вызвать такси. Доброжелательный персонал.

Мне все понравилось, кроме того что вещи надо было переть 2 этажа без лифта)) Но вид красивый 👍

Fantastic location. Within walking distance of all lamdmarks, old town, eateries, shopping stores etc. Even with aching feet it was absolutely manageable to get to all the main places on foot. Staff were lovely and helpful. Lots of reviews about having to carry luggage to room but our room was on the same floor as reception (on floor 9 via lift) so wasn't a big deal for us(although there were 4 steps up and 4 steps down to our room). The room is a little small if you want your suitcases to always be vertical/flat for easy access. Limited hanging space for clothes, especially longs clothes. The views are phenomenal. 2 walls are glass so get views across the city. 3rd wall is a ceiling to floor mirror that reflects the windows/city view so makes it seem like 3 walls are city views(day and night blinds). Bathroom has full wall of city views too(blinds there too). If that wasn't enough there's a balcony and the views are amazing you probably wouldn't need to go on the cable car Only thing that let it down was housekeeping. We arrived into room and had to request toilet roll. Carpet had not been swept as there was bits and black and white hairs everywhere. There was a used pair of slippers with hair in them(only 1 pair too) and only 1 sachet of tea and coffee but 2 guests. Fridge didn't work at all and didn't get repaired next day despite being told it would(although it was fully stocked). There is no AC in the room but a big fan/heater which kept the room nice and cool without turning it into an ice box. 24 hour reception was helpful and they even kept our luggage for us since we arrived at 10am. We took the airport bus to city centre for 5 KM each and it was an easy 7-10 min stroll from the 3rd and 4th stop to the hotel

Konusu iyi olmasına karşın odalar çok küçük ve bir binanın üzerinde kaçak kat çıkılmış hissiyatı veriyor. 9. Kata kadar asansör var ki otelin resepsiyonu bu katta. Sonrasında asansör yok ve 2-3 kat valiz taşımak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Kahvaltı vasat. Başka da bir hizmeti yok zaten. Sanıyorum daha çok kafeteryasına geliyor insanlar. Beğenmedim.

Great location but two floors have to be climbed to reach our room ; the elevator ends at 9th floor only!  Staff are very friendly. Room 201 is a corner room of a rectangle shape (3by6) metres . Also, it’s extremely hot all day long despite the A/C
