「酒店位置很好，走幾分鐘就是沙灘和海水浴場，也能步行到市中心，樓下是米其林餐廳，很美味。酒店裡的SPA是和一個美妝護膚品牌的網站聯名的，要提前一天預約，體驗了一下，很舒緩放鬆。邊上有公交車站台，去動物園什麼的都很方便。」

「非常到位的服務，前台很熱情，客房服務也很到位： 1.每次打掃房間後都會幫忙摺好睡衣，補充水和食物，並留下打掃者的姓名 2.前台接電話很快。我們遇到了三個問題，都在5分鐘之內解決。 3.地理位置極佳，距離bus station衹有3分鐘路程，背後就是市中心（central market），距離所有網紅餐廳都很近（除Oyster box等在海邊的餐廳外） 4.酒店很乾凈，客房大，設施新，尤其是衞生間，配套設施很足且用的Th White Company套裝。」

「Nice vibe outside the weekends. Too much children then. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere. Unpleasantly surprised by the large amount of birds they keep locked up in the garden. This behaviour of locking up animals for your own fun , i have never understood. It represents abuse of power by lower intelligence. Stop this! West hill! Same as the falconry n show in the castle. Horrible too see😬😬」

「It was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers.」
