芝加哥羅斯蒙特歐海爾機場希爾頓逸林飯店的評論

가족과 시카고 여행을 가서, 더블트리 바이 힐튼 시카고 오헤어 에어포트에 묵었습니다. 뜨거운 물도 잘 나오고, 샤워기 필터 꼽았을 때에 이물질도 없고 아주 좋았습니다. 호텔 셔틀 버스도 30분 마다 있어서 이용을 잘 했습니다. (5터미널 도착 층 5E 탑승) 시카고 여행을 풍성하게 만들어준 더블트리 바이 힐튼 시카고 오헤어 에어포트 호텔에 고마움을 느낍니다.

芝加哥奧黑爾機場羅斯蒙特希爾頓逸林酒店位置便利，非常適合需要趕飛機的旅客。酒店提供免費的機場穿梭巴士，每30分鐘一班，來回機場非常方便。距離Rosemont藍線地鐵站步行大約15分鐘，去市區也很方便。房間乾淨整潔，服務周到，是機場附近性價比很高的住宿選擇。

房間不錯的， 就在Ohare 機場旁邊 有接駁巴士， 半小時一班 很方便

有免費班車去機場，很高大上的酒店，美國人入住的很多。離的不遠就是芝加哥奧萊。

If you have a car, stay away from this hotel. The parking lot charges $15 for parking without in/out access, which means you have to pay $15 every time you use your car.  The front door have no temp parking for you to check in or load luggage. Will never stay here again.

We are still very happy with this hotel. However, the front desk staff named Silly was very unfriendly. Would not go to this hotel again.

三天都沒人打掃，都根前台説了也沒有，比較失望。沒有瓶裝水，超市5刀一瓶，****貴，大型超市3刀可以買24瓶，酒店物價如此離譜不能理解，早餐還可以，就是要求給小費，美國真是個小費文化嚴重的國家，自助買瓶水都讓你選擇小費金額，服了服了，

Room is basic, clean but very old-style decoration. Location is good, near airport and outlet mall Service in America is horrible as always, not surprised. Reception is ok, not above average but not below average but the concierge team is really bad. I called to reception before to check if I can leave the luggage before my arrival date because I have to go to another city for few days and back to stay in their hotel. The lady on the phone said yes, I can just go to hotel and leave my luggage. When I was there, I asked reception lady again, she said yes I can leave my things in their luggage storage. After that, the concierge guy said no, we are not allowed to leave our luggage there, I explained to him as I called to ask before and reception on that day said yes as well. He felt angry and said she (reception team) must ask him first. I understand if hotel staff on the phone or reception on that day told me I cannot leave my luggage. But they said yes, that's why I went to the hotel. It's not our fault that concierge guy did some unpolite manner to us. You should communicate within your team. Anyway, this is American hospitality standard as my experience but still the country that's always expecting 20% tip from customers. So funny.

Only stayed for one night. It was clean and close to the airport
