The room was disgusting, walking in and first thing we see is a dead cockroach that someone smeared across the standup mirror. Then another live cockroach in the sink and trash on the side of the bed. They definitely didn't clean before we got the room. Not worth the money.

Local- de forma general necesita updates. Está descuidado. En las habitaciones habían cucarachas y caminaban por todas partes. El aire acondicionado necesita ser reemplazado también.
Servicio- los trabajadores son muy amables
Comida- buena. Tienes desayuno en la mañana. Hueco, waffles, café americano, leche, beagle, pan.
Tiempo - rápido el servicio
Costo- similar a los de la zona
Parqueo - alrededor del lugar
Medidas sanitarias - los trabajadores no usaban la mascarilla. Había hand sanitizer en la entrada

Alles in allem ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, besonders der Pool Bereich könnte etwas Aufmerksamkeit vertragen. Außerdem wären ein paar USB lade Möglichkeiten im Zimmer angenehm.

The manager provided excellent service as I left my pajamas in the room, and helped guide me through the pick-up process so that Fed-Ex could pick up my clothing the following day. The hotel room was clean but a bit worn, but the room did have a smell that did not go away with the A/C.

The hotel iscentrally located and convenient and overall a good choice to stay in. However the bathroom walls still has wallpaper and needs to be updated. the tub floor had stains and needs to be changed.

Despite the thin bed covers, the room temperature was well maintained, meaning had a really good night sleep

The rooms smell like old Florida. The place needs an upgrade. Over the 4 night stay housekeeping did not service our room. We had to ask for everything at the front desk including toilet paper. On check out day the housekeeping staff kept coming to our room (before check out time).

The front desk personnel were super nice, the location is great and breakfast was okay. However, this hotel needs to be cleaned. There were stains everywhere and we found a small cockroach on the bedroom wall when we’re leaving… we’re not staying there again.

The room was clean but smelled like someone had been smoking there for 24 hrs straight. It was a non smoking room

I was really suprised at the state of the room in which i stayed. In the bathroom, for example, almost every metal surface with the exception of the stability bars, has rust- some a little, some a lot. The wall paper was peeling in most corners. I moved thr bed to pulg in my phone and there was thick dust and bunnies on top of the boxspring/bedskirt, making me wonder when the last time the rest of the bed was changed. It was pretty dingy. Wouldn't recommend it for cleanliness.

The hotel seemed okay when I got there, my check-in took long, they charged me again when I had already paid for my reservation so they had to call and void the charge. When I get to the room, it smelled fresh, however I see a dead bug on the wall that someone killed and it was not wiped down, one of the sofas/chair was nasty with a few old gums and like chocolate on it. When I go to the restroom as soon I turn on the light I saw two roaches, I killed hoping that was it. I went a few more times to the restroom and everytime I would turn on the light there were 2-4 roaches walking around. It was late at night and I could go somewhere else so I decide to leave lights on so the roaches would stay away. The next morning I spoke to the manager about it, he apologized and I was able to checkout and get a refund for the second night. It seemed like they know about the issue because I saw a guy from pest control checking the rooms next to mine. I hope they can get it under control
