It is a lovely small
Hotel and good location. I walked for 20 min and is manageable. Room is nice and clean. More importantly Stella is a lovely kind lady taking care the place and customer. Excellent value for money

The room was very tired and required a full renovation, cracked sink and scalding hot water. Didn't stay in the hotel. We were taken to an annexe close by. Stairs were very narrow, difficult to get cases up and down.

The Red House is convenient for Grantham Town Centre less than 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly and attentive and they run a good guest house. Didnt have the pleasure of breakfast due to early work commitments, however the dining room was nice and clean and tidy. Overall good value for money

Incredible noise , I couldn’t sleep at all because of the vehicles passing by , owner needs to fix the windows, the entire room 4 was shaking when big lorry passing . I don’t recommend it

Stayed overnight here on our way to a different location. Room was nice and clean. Parking (street parking) was free as the house has parking available. I would stay here again!

After a long and emotional day at a funeral what a haven of rest. Homely, clean and comfortable our visit was made special by our hostess, who was warm and charming and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was perfect...especially the mounds if sourdough toast and nice coffee. Thank you...you were just what we needed.

Great location while a quiet place to rest for visiting town. Although I could not try the food due to my schedule, the smell and attention to it were fantastic.
Decent on price for what is on offer.

Very friendly hotel with comfortable room and lovely breakfasts. We were well looked after! If I had to think of any drawback, it may be that there is quite a walk (which we did first eve) or a drive away to any eating places for evening meal (second eve), but we found the parking quite easy in town after hours.
