This was a very nice hotel, people working there were real nice and helpful. The location was great. Walking district ball park.

Was in a great location. Very clean and the patio with tv and fire pit was great to relax at after a busy day of football and Oktoberfest!

First time staying here. No info at check in. Had to pry info out of the check in clerk. Info about parking. Didn’t realize there was food available on site. No plastic bags for ice or trash liners in garbage cans. Air conditioner literally froze us had to keep turning on and off. Biggest complaint is no info given to us free sky. Like “welcome do you have any questions? Make sure you use your room key to activate the elevator- we have a food service right here if you want breakfast. We have a lounge area over there? When you leave the parking garage you don’t need to worry about scanning a card. Idk I was so disappointed this is not a cheap hotel for the cost it really I was a great dissapointment.

We stayed in room 311 June 2nd. 2 curtains were broke and would not roll down all the way. It looks as if it was repaired this way as there was no more material left for curtains to travel down. So someone at the hotel is aware of this stupid hodge podge repair. One curtain had a couple ft of window exposed. We had to place our luggage infront of window to block people entering the hotel from seeing in our room. This was the biggest complaint I have. Curtains in a hotel that don't shut! The room supposedly had 2 queen beds. If they were in fact queen size. They were the smallest queen size beds I've ever slept in. My house bed is queen size. These were not queens. Front leg of the fridge was broke. So everytime we grabbed a drink the fridge would tilt over. House keeping knocked on our door twice in the morning while we were still sleeping to try and clean our room well before checkout. This place is too expensive for windows with curtains that don't shut, undersized beds, physically broken fridge, and bothersome house keeping. Too expensive!

My only complaint would be that the facility didn’t have a lot of towels on hand a couple of times, and that was a bit frustrating but, other than that the place was quiet and pretty comfortable to be in the beds I had were quite nice and clean the room was clean as well and the showers were amazing.

Close to everything. Walked to the aquarium and most food destinations. Only recommendations would be the following. They do have breakfast for additional charge. Parking is convient. But you have to pay an extra fee. 1. The tv. Channel guide does not match and many channels to not work. 2. The bathroom light situation. Its all or none. Which woke me up many times. 3. Bathroom door. Does not latch and very loud. 4. No microwave in room.

Check in was easy. The room was ready with all supplies and super clean. Check out was easy as well. Great place. Desk clerks were super friendly!

The hotel was very modern, it was nice but staff want very polite or inviting and you have to pay extra for parking when you’re already paying premium prices for the stay. Water pressure was lacking and hot water was hit or miss. Location was convenient and all that was worth paying those kind of prices for. We asked for extra towels and were told there weren’t any. If you have to use the toilet in the middle of the night, you will wake the whole room up due to the LED lights all being on 1 switch. Walls are paper thin, you can hear way more than you want to. The on room fridge made awful noises to the point of waking you up. The bed was not very comfortable. The room was clean and nice, but not worth the price. They had “made to order” breakfast in the morning but none of it was “made to order”. My husband asked for something without Avocado and he was told “no, that’s all we have”.

While the location was perfect for where we were going and the staff was great, there were a couple of issues. The sliding door on the bathroom would not close all the way and the soap dispenser in the shower was broke, so no soap. The shower put out lukewarm water at 8 am. But the room was very clean.

The bathroom door hit vanity when opening. Bathroom door sounded like rollers were square not round.

Nice hotel on the levee, very close to lots of restaurants and activities to do. Clean room with a good shower.

It was a great just relaxing trip. I love being able to bring my dogs. Many people didn't even know they were there. I spilt some soda and needed bed changed. Was told sorry no house keeping available. But would change rooms. So that was kinda a ohhh ok remark. Who wants to change rooms at 3am.?

This was Christmas gift to our three children and their spouses. They loved their weekend!

Great stay. Hotel was very clean and quiet, although it was hosting some larger parties. Location is great for walking.
