南沃斯堡希爾頓逸林飯店及度假村的評論

看了評論不想訂的，因為順路才訂，結果不錯，各方面還算滿意，價格還便宜，沒要早餐，一份要25刀還不帶税。

This hotel was not what I expected from a Doubletree. The room that we had to wait until 3pm to get, was dirty & not cleaned properly before we were given keys. The staff, especially management, was unprofessional & unhelpful in general. Will never stay here again!!

This was an absolute disappointment of a stay. We pulled our covers to get in bed to sleep for the night and found a used tissue that was not ours, along with a curly hair. The towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. When we went down to have breakfast the language barrier was so bad my wife ordered dairy free, and wound up with dairy in her coffee and was sick the whole second leg of our trip. Having a language barrier in service, is a big issue. We proceeded to let the front desk know every detail about our stay and didn’t hear a WORD from the manager. Do yourself a favor- don’t stay here

No complimentary breakfast or any signs that indicate breakfast is not in fact complimentary. A bill for $50 for 2 people, with no wait staff or service and a cold breakfast of sausage and eggs is a bit pathetic.. also there was a leak in the bathroom of the room I stayed in

We booked a room for a king bed a sofa bed for 4 people. However the hotel only gave us a king bed without sofa bed. After calling *******, I was told the roon was over sold. They offered a room with two queen. We have to accept without other choice. We arrived at midnight, and need to go to sleep asap. The staff is not helpful, and we have to call ******* for almost 1hr to resolve the issue. In time of over sold, hotel usually give free upgrade to better room, because the problem is their fault, but the staff here only give robotic answer. Very poor service!

I think the water bottles you leave on the credenza by the coffee machine should be complimentary or sold at a reasonable price and the paying for parking should be displayed at time of booking.

Everything in our room was very clean but hall was dirty also didn’t know they have a parking charge until I got there

The hotel halls, doors, walls, glass, elevators and our room and bathroom were all very dirty. Like visible dirty, smudges and grim build up. Very gross.

the outside looks sketchy, then after i paid for the property, the staff tried to not let me check in.

This properly does not have security, our stuff was stolen out of our car. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your safety don't stay here!

I did not like being charged for parking. Very few employees understand English. It is an average place nothing to brag about.

I was very dissapointed that I was charged for parking and I simply parked my car in their vicinity like any other hotel. Not covered nor locked in. Ridiculous and wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel appears to be really nice. There was hair in the pool and every time we would leave our room and go back our key wouldn’t work so we would have to go back and get it redone.
