Great service from all staff – very helpful and friendly. As Hilton Diamond members, we received a room upgrade, breakfast, and access to the executive lounge. Great for travelers who prefer to drive as the location is a little bit off from places of interest. There is sufficient complimentary parking. However, you can just stay at the resort and have a very relaxing vacation. Enough outdoor space to walk around. They have a nice pool area where families with kids can have fun. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hot springs. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a lot of choices. The food from the restaurant is good as well. You can also order from the restaurant menu while you are in the executive lounge and enjoy your meal there. Gorgeous views from our room. One of the best sunrise views that we have seen. Next time, we will spend more time just relaxing in the resort. Our 6-day stay was mostly spent traveling to the Fuji and Hakone areas. Appreciate the hospitality of this resort. We look forward to going back.
