Homewood Suites by Hilton-洛基山(Homewood Suites by Hilton Rocky Mount)

I have an Anaphylactic allergy to feather pillows. I notified the property in advance however when I arrived it was obvious they hadn’t taken my notification seriously. The MOD didn’t even know if the room had feathers. She stated if it did she didn’t know where to get foam pillows. This is inexcusable for a property that holds health Supposedly and high standards. They are still wearing masks and mandating plastic Gloves in the breakfast area. I had such an anaphylactic reaction when I got into the room that my husband had to go get my rescue inhaler as well as my regular inhaler and hopes that we wouldn’t end up in the emergency room. They were feathers on the floor and on the bed my breathing was really difficult for the first hour I was in the room wasn’t sure whether I would be spending the night in the ER. The next morning I informed the manager of this and she offered no compensation I am very disappointed with Hilton at this point. There were two leaky feather pillows I. Room!

My husband and I traveled from Winchester, VA, to Rocky Mount, NC, to attend a near-by college football game. We were greeted with a warm welcome, location of our room, details for breakfast, and felt welcomed and appreciated. Upon any encounters with the service staff, we were greeted with a friendly smile, courteous gestures, and excellent customer service. Our room was top notch with no issues at all. Our evening stay was extremely pleasant and satisfactory. Kudos to the leadership/management team for taking pride in your employees. It shows.

Only complaint would be no carts to haul my stuff to my room when checking in at midnight! Luckily I had a cart in my car and used that. Folks were friendly.

This hotel is newly built. Extremely clean and quite. The suite was the perfect size with a full kitchen. The bed a very comfortable. Price was reasonable with breakfast included

Homewood was a good choice for my stay in rocky mount, and when ever I come back I will be there again 👍👍.

Water pressure wasn’t great. It was clean and spacious. Sheets for the pullout bed weren’t in the room as they usually are at a homewood suites. We called and they brought us some. Room overall was comfortable.

Huge room! Made it a great spot for our family - a lot of space for the kids. Very clean and attractive.
