One of the best check in experiences and conversations from the young man who’s name I can’t remember , told us the history of charlottes basketball team in 2 mins , really close to great bars and restaurants and very clean and grab and go coffee and fruit for pre breakfast check out , very nice hotel

The stay at this property was very enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, very quiet on the guest floors, very nice and accommodating staff. I have to say the toilet paper was terrible. For the price point of this hotel the TP was more like a low budget hotel. My friends in other rooms agreed. I actually had my daughter give me a role from her house. Also $15 for a glass of house wine from the bar was outrageous. And it was really was not very good wine. Other than those 2 items the stay was perfect. Kuddos to your staff!

Very nice staff parking is a little scare 😱 i received a handicapped room wven though i am not handicapped.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation at check in due to the fact they did not have hot running water until around 3AM and we arrived around 5PM and were given this news. Having small children 5 and 1 we cannot stay at a place that can’t provide hot running water. It was really upsetting for us to have to cancel our reservation and then scramble to find another place to stay. This was a small getaway for our family to celebrate my husbands birthday and this inconvenience did not help make our getaway a memorable one. The staff was friendly and apologetic but I wish we had a courtesy call or having someone offer to move us to another hotel but all we got was an apology… I’m still waiting on our refund and will be filing a claim with the bank of it doesn’t get refunded in a timely manner.

I HAD RESERVATIONS AND WAS INFORMED UPON ARRIVAL THAT THERE WAS NO WATER UNTIL 3:00AM THE NEXT MORNING (NO SHOWERS, TOILETS, ETC). I OBVIOUSLY HAD TO FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL. WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY STATED I HAD TO GO BACK TO ******* FOR IT. I CONTACTED ******* AND ******* TRIED REACHING MANAGEMENT ON AT LEAST SIX DIFFERENT OCCASIONS TO VERIFY THE ISSUE BUT WAS UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE AT HILTON GARDEN INN. TO DATE, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. THIS IS TRULY AN UFAIR SITUATION.

Not exactly what you would expect from Hilton. Bathroom door was asscue and when reported it was not repaired properly. Second time we've stayed here and other than that it's exactly what you would expect from Hilton.

no room service, broken blinds, broken toilet paper holder, bathroom wasn’t cleaned completely. Lobby very attractive, waitress at breakfast very helpful. Microwave nice feature.

Some maintenance needed in the actual room and housekeeping limited to 24 hour notice. Beds are listed as queens but so not measure that way

Very comfortable, close to restaurants. Staff was great. The light over the coffee maker was burned out, and the coffee maker itself didn't work well.

Rashad at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Every thing about the experience was top notch. Convenient location as well.

The ******* site says the parking for this facility is free which is incorrect. Self parking in the garage is charged at $10 plus tax per day.

Very friendly professional staff. Hotel is in an excellent location. We stay here four or five times a year when we're in Charlotte.

Excellent customer service, clean, close to many interesting areas in Charlotte. This is the hotel to stay! Highly recommended!

I paid for the biggest room and got the smallest one. The lady that checked me in was very rude and told me i could leave.
