Not sure why people give this five stars. Currently staying there based on reviews. Hotel is clean but rooms are tired. Service is poor had to keep getting up to get more wine for dinner, service at bars is poor as only two poor souls covering a lot of guests so go the bar to get your own, generally people mainly invisible when comes to service. Food is nothing special it’s all ok but not 5 star not even Greek 5 star. Sheraton was a mile better

3rd time to Rhodes ( Kolymbia first then Illyassos) so my Mrs and I thought we would give this boutique style hotel just outside Lindos a try. As our holiday drew near we became a little concerned that from reading the various TA reviews the hotel would be too quiet for us. However, we adopted to the uniqueness of the hotel the very best and made the most of the beautiful location and tranquil atmosphere and had a wonderful holiday. We would concur with previously written positive reviews on the hotel but would offer a couple of extra comments based on our own personal experiences. Location was actually better than expected and not as isolated as anticipated; basically half way between Lindos and Pefkos and with a very regular bus service running along the main road which was only a 2 - 3 minute walk from the hotel. We walked into Lindos and back again on several occasions. Approx 20 - 25 mins each way. We took the 5 minute bus journey to Pefkos as the road there had no footpath. Beach in Pefkos was fantastic. The sewage smell reported by others was occasionally noticeable our first few days but then seemed to have been addressed. The beach and sea took us just a bit of time to get used to with the slightly rocky access but soon our experience was that this is just fabulous. Such calm and clean water. My wife is not a regular sea swimmer but spent a lot of time in the sea here. Views across the bay were spectacular. Lots of tourist boats coming in to witness the beauty of Navarone Bay. Food was very good but additional variety for main courses and deserts would have been preferred. The BBQ food was amazing. As was the Greek entertainment. Service generally was very good. To Julia and Daria our regular young servers and the super young Chris in the bar. Thankyou. Reception staff always informative and pleasant. Entertainment was better than expected. There were a couple of fabulous acts and others were decent. The Blues Rock band were sensational. Only thing, not many people came in the evening to listen and support the entertainment which seemed a shame. Atmosphere therefore could have been improved upon. Perhaps the hotel could promote their entertainment a little more. The Complimentary Room for showering on our last day was good as we had a late flight. We were though left wondering though as the hotel was becoming quite empty why we couldn’t just keep our own room? In summary we would recommend the Lindos Memories especially for those seeking a getaway - relaxing break. Sometimes though the complete holiday experience can be about the people you meet and we were privileged to meet some lovely folk including most of all our wonderful Scottish friends George and Andrea whom we met on the very first night and spent so much time with. Your friendship was special and we had such great fun together. The best company! Lindos Memories certainly provided us with a truly memorable holiday. Colin and Sandra.

Μετά από ένα υπέροχο Σαββατοκύριακο σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο ή μόνη σκέψη μας είναι ότι ανυπομονούμε να ξανά γυρίσουμε. Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω από που να αρχίσω . Θα τα πάρω από την αρχή. Η εντυπωσιακή είσοδος του ξενοδοχείου με την υπέροχη διακόσμηση σε προδιαθετει για αυτό που ακολουθεί. Πρώτη μας επαφή με την υποδοχή για το τσεκ ιν μας χαμόγελα παντού μας πρόσφεραν μια παγωμένη λάβετε για να φρεσκαριστουμε και ένα ποτήρι σαμπάνια για να μας καλωσορίσουν πραγματικά υπέροχο. Στην υποδοχή ο πανορμιτης ήταν εξυπηρετικοτατος, χαμογελαστος μας υποδέχτηκε και μας έλυσε κάθε απορία μας και ήταν εκεί για ότι και να χρειάστηκαμε καθολη την διαμονή μας. Στο δωμάτιο το οποίο ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο πιο όμορφο από ότι το περιμέναμε. Μας περίμενε μια τεράστια έκπληξη με τρομερή διακόσμηση από μπαλόνια στο κρεβάτι, ροδοπέταλα στο κρεβάτι και στην μπανιέρα και ένα μπουκάλι σαμπάνια Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για αυτό!!!!! Το φαγητό στο μοντέρνο εστιατόριο ήταν γευστικό είχε τα πάντα και καλύπτει τις ανάγκες ακόμα και του πιο απαιτιτικου πελάτη. Να προσθέσω παλι το ευγενέστατη προσωπικό και εκεί. Το βράδυ το περάσαμε στο μπαρ του ξενοδοχείου που απολαύσαμε τα υπέροχα κοκτέιλ του Σπύρου και του Γιώργου οι οποίοι πραγματικά σε έκαναν να περνάς υπέροχα με το κέφι και τον επαγγελματισμο τους . Για να μην πω για τα σφηνάκια..... Το επόμενο πρωί απολαύσαμε τον καφέ μας στην πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου όπου μας περιμενε άλλη μια χαμογελαστή κυρία η κυρία Κουλά ευχαριστούμε για τον υπέροχο καφε και την καλοσύνη σας !!!!! Φτάνει η ώρα να φύγουμε αλλά ανανεώνουμε το ραντεβού μας για πολύ σύντομα ευχαριστούμε όλους σας !!!! Πανορμιτη, Σπύρο, Γιωργο, τα παιδιά στο εστιατόριο, την Κυρια Λιτσα που μας προετοίμασε ένα υπέροχο δωμάτιο, τα υπόλοιπα παιδιά στην ρεσεψιόν συγνώμη αν δεν ξέρουμε όλα τα ονόματα ξέρουμε πάντως ότι σας χρωστάμε ενα υπέροχο διήμερο.

Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

Me and my partner have just returned from a long weekend stay and we were beyond excited for our trip. We had booked a private pool room as it was our anniversary and we thought that it would be a nice touch for us. When we checked in, we were given our room number and shown to our room. Once me and my partner stepped outside onto the terrace, we noticed that we had been given a sharing pool room and not the private pool room that we had booked. I went down by myself to speak to the man on reception to explain that we were not in the room we had booked and being an ex travel agent and someone who is currently working for a huge holiday company, I knew that this was not correct. The man on reception said to me that there was nothing he could do about it and insisted that the room we had been given, the sharing pool room, was more expensive and therefore better. When I returned to the room, I searched up both rooms on the website to find out that both rooms were in fact the same price and I was a little frustrated with the way the man had spoken to me. Me and my partner then went back to reception and when I was asking the man questions, he was answering them but looking at my boyfriend and not me, the person who was speaking, which both of us found extremely rude. The man could not say why we weren’t given the correct room and why we could not have this room that we had booked. He did however tell us to return to reception the following morning to discuss it then, which we did. The lady we spoke to the following morning was wonderful, she explained to us that it was an error on their end and that someone had been given our room by accident. She apologised profusely and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. We appreciated her honesty and although we weren’t happy with the room change and how we weren’t told prior to finding out ourselves, she did definitely make the situation better with her honesty. One thing I will mention about the sharing pool room is that the pool is not heated like the main pool during October. Having paid more money for this room than a standard room, you would hope that the pool would be treated the same as the main pool. The pool felt like it was as cold as ice and this meant that we rarely used the pool which was once again frustrating. On our final day, our flight home wasn’t until 11pm so we had booked a standard room as we had to check out of our original room at 12 and we wanted somewhere to put all of our belongings and somewhere to shower before the flight. The only thing we noticed about this room was that when we were showering, if you turned the water warmer, the pressure would get worse to the point that if you put the water fully onto hot, the water would quite literally just trickle out. Im not sure if this was an issue with just this room or all of the standard rooms and although it didn’t bother us too much as we were only there for one day, it may have if we were there for longer. Θα ξεκινήσω από το προσωπικό, ευγενεστατοι, φιλικοί και άκρως εξυπηρετικοί, τόσο στη ρεσεψιόν όσο και στο σέρβις. Όλοι με το χαμόγελο, πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν και τον πιο απαιτητικό πελάτη. Πάρα πολύ καθαρό σε βαθμό τελειότητας!!! Το γυμναστήριο άκρως λειτουργικό και άρτια εξοπλισμένο και ο Παναγιώτης （γυμναστής） έτοιμος πάντα να βοηθήσει και να καθοδηγήσει τον κάθε ασκούμενο. Η εκλεπτυσμένη μοντέρνα διακόσμηση ολων των χώρων κέρδισε από την πρώτη στιγμή την εντύπωσή μας. Τέλος, ό,τι και να πούμε για το πρωινό είναι λίγο. Απίστευτη ποικιλία σε ζεστή και κρύα κουζίνα. Ξεχωριστό τραπέζι με ελληνικό πρωινό και διαφορετική γωνία με light παρασκευές και προϊόντα. Όσον αφορά τη διακόσμηση του μπουφέ, τα λόγια είναι περιττά. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!
