Good clean central but basic hotel. Breakfast was OK. Would book again.

獨行旅客。四月五月。 2/3 晚。 2樓。 1人間。 2人床。 電視有很多頻道。 能夠在辦公桌前為自己泡一杯茶並寫一些卡片給家人和朋友。或坐在小而漂亮的陽台上享受。 堅固的床墊和漂亮的枕頭。如果需要的話，衣櫃裡可以放一些額外的毯子。 寬敞的衣櫃可存放您的所有物品。 提供保險箱和冰箱。 出門前可以用長鏡子欣賞自己。 遮光窗簾。 整潔的浴室。淋浴不錯。提供洗髮精和肥皂。 房間由辛勤的清潔工打理得井井有條。 早餐豐富又美味。 接待處的工作人員友好且樂於助人。 廚房和服務人員也非常友好和樂於助人。 提供游泳池。 只是還沒填滿，因為現在還是四月。 有健身房，但是我沒有時間使用。 還可以選擇洗衣服。 雷西姆諾中心/舊城區步行即可到達。 該地區有許多商店和餐飲場所。 我推薦住在這家飯店。

Perfect location, away from the crowded old city center

一家不錯的飯店，我們住了一晚，沒有任何抱怨。位置很好，靠近海灘，距離老城區僅幾步之遙，房間乾淨漂亮。考慮到價格它超出了我們的預期。

Το προσωπικό στην ρεσεψιόν είναι πάντα χαμογελαστό και άψογο στην εξυπηρέτηση.... Υπάρχει οποιαδήποτε ώρα και στιγμή ένα άτομο για οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε...Το δωμάτιο είναι πάντα πολύ καθαρό!!! Συγχαρητήρια σε όλους σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!!!! Δωμάτιο 301!!!!

Hotel confortevole ubicato a 15' dalla stazione dei bus e a pochi passi dal centro storico. Hotel tradizionale pulito con camere confortevoli e ben condizionate. Colazione nella norma per gli standards greci. Il terrazzino un pò troppo piccolo e con possibilità di stendere soltanto sulla sbarra della ringhiera del balcone

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet hôtel. Points positifs : - petit-déjeuner - emplacement - local bagages avec douche ( ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la dernière journée à la plage avant de reprendre l'avion). - amabilité du personnel Points négatifs : -piscine très petite qui ne donnes pas envie de s'y baigner. - à l'arrivée poils sur l'évier de la salle de bain. -paroi de douche qui a une petite ouverture, si vous êtes obèse impossible de rentrer dedans. -matelas très dur, mon compagnon s'est bloqué l'épaule 2 jours suite à cela - clim au dessus du lit ! Comment choper la grippe en 2-2. -la veille de notre départ on ne nous a pas changé les essuies vraiment pour dire vous partez demain on ne fait plus d'efforts. Enfin pour le prix abordable que nous avons payé, on savait que l'on aurait pas une prestation haute gamme mais malgré tout nous avons passé 1 super séjour.

Fijn hotel,lekker centraal gelegen in de stad rethymon,uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet,iedere dag schoonmaak,bedden schoon,van alle gemakken voorzien,vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren is wel een dingetje als je een huurauto heb gewoon goed zoeken.

A fuir!! Sommier cassé, douche qui fuit, piscine sale,repas du soir (on était en groupe) plus que lamentable. Pommes de terre dures. Pâtes à l’eau pas de fromage,pas de yaourts, pour dessert des pommes pas mûres ! Une cantine!! Très mauvaise nourriture

Το Καλύτερο Ξενοδοχείο στο Ρέθυμνο.Έμεινα 4 μήνες.Ένα Τεράστιο Ευχαριστώ στο εξαιρετικό Προσωπικό Στην Τατιάνα,στην Κατερίνα,στην Μαρία,στην Βασιλική.Πάρα πολύ Εξυπηρετικοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστείς!Εξαιρετική διαμονή προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!!❤️ Υ.Γ Τα δωμάτια ήταν υπέροχα,όμορφα,μεγάλα,πάντα Καθαρά,περιποιημένα και πολύ τακτοποιημενά.❤️❤️

I chose this hotel based on positive reviews from customers with the main complaint I noticed being noise. I am willing to have a noisier place that comes with a good downtown location. I was disappointed in the state of my room which had: baseboards coming off the wall, very rusty shower head, slow shower drain, ding in the bathroom door, physical door lock not working. The highlights were the balcony, free breakfast spread, kind staff, and nice lobby. The hotel is just blocks from the beach. Parking in the area can be a little difficult.

Travelling for business, completely appalled. Aside from 1 very friendly helpful lady on reception this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was not cleaned for 4 days despite the hotels covid cleanliness policy. Every time you take a shower raw sewage come up from the floor and has damaged all my belongings, to add insult to injury the hotel has reported ‘damages’. The snack bar and restaurant are closed so I have had food deliveries which has some how translated to having “guests” in my room. Items have gone missing from my room. Advice for any lgbtq traveller DO NOT come to Crete. All very disappointing and despite my company paying for two weeks stay for a conference I will be checking out early with no refund or apology.

Ho soggiornato in coppia ad agosto 2022, ed entrambi siamo rimasti soddisfatti nel complesso. La posizione è perfetta perchè in poco più di 10 min a piedi si può raggiungere la spiaggia di Rethymnon e ancora in meno diversi negozi e locali ottimi per mangiare a qualsiasi ora della giornata. In più, davanti all'hotel c'è supermercato molto fornito. Il personale è molto gentile, ci ha stupito la pulizia a giorni alterni. La stanza piccola, le uniche pecche sono stati i cuscini decisamente scomodi e la doccia davvero datata e piccola. La colazione è da migliorare, poca scelta ma comunque buona. Ottima insonorizzazione, fondamentale essendo un hotel in una zona abbastanza trafficata. Non capisco chi si sia lamentato del clima, il nostro andava più che bene, si trovano due opzioni tra cui scegliere "low" e "high". Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà, intorno ce ne sono diversi (a pagamento, 0.70 euro all'ora).
