I booked a prepaid stay at this hotel, including breakfast, but due to a last-minute transportation cancellation, I had to cancel my reservation. I spoke with 3 different hotel representatives over the phone, and they all assured me that cancellation would not be a problem given the circumstances. However, when I followed up, the hotel refused to refund or modify my prepaid booking. Despite my polite requests and explanations, the hotel was only interested in taking my money without providing any service or accommodation. They kept delaying a decision and ultimately told me that the prepaid booking could not be changed or canceled. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially from what is supposed to be a 5-star establishment. I ended up paying completely out of pocket for a stay that never happened, all because the hotel prioritized keeping my money over addressing my valid situation and requests. I would strongly caution anyone from booking with this hotel, as their customer service is severely lacking, and they do not seem to value their guests or act in good faith. An absolutely pathetic experience overall!

Put the sign on the bed to change bed sheet BUT never change ? ? ? Shower gel etc. also never top up ? ? ?

So far good location. BUT not much choice on food hope can improve the food menu

Très bon séjour au Novotel de Chandigarh. Le service est parfait. Petit bémol la musique est trop forte au restaurant et dans le hall. Literie et salle de bains parfaites. Excellent dîner et terrasse très agréable pour boire un verre le soir

I study in Chandigarh University so I regularly keep visiting Chandigarh for weekend fun but it was my first stay at Novotel Chandigarh Tribune Chowk and it turned out to be a truly enjoyable experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, immediately making me feel welcome. As I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the Porsche car center, which added a luxurious touch to the hotel's atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The bed was cozy, and the overall setup made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Special thanks to Miksha and Anshika at the lobby, who were very helpful in explaining everything and making my stay even more comfortable. The cafeteria was quiet, clean, and provided a pleasant dining experience. I enjoyed French fries, sandwiches, and waffles, all of which were delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay in Chandigarh.

I have been to curves bar multiple time and get the experience which is next to exceptional. The service and food is just fabulous. Special shout out for chef aman who made best chilli cheese toast and Rajat who always serves us well and gives us excellent experience. Best place to chill out. Their alfresco sitting is very peaceful and a perfect place for beautiful evening.

This is one of the prime property in Chandigarh. Strategically located, good ambience, good food, very hygienic and fun to stay. The hospitality is superb. The restaurant is cosy with live kitchen. For business class I recommend Novatel.

Everything was great. Food quality was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. Abhilaksh greeted well at the reception counter. Highly recommended place to visit. All the staff members were very polite and friendly. Special care provided to the kids.

The staff is very friendly, hotel and the rooms very neat and clean, but few discrepancies pillow was missing, glasses and mugs were delivered in the room after the an hour. Overall enjoyed but service needs improvement. The coffe and tea and even sambar in breakfast was cold

Each and every staff made my one night stay so comfortable. Ordered food from in room dining it was delicious. My order came at quick service. Reception lady Arti called Mr once I reached in the room to make sure everything is OK. The housekeeping staff had a pleasing personality. Majority the staff is young. also has courage to deal with anything is wrong
