海貝度假村的評論

這棟家庭別墅是欣賞海濱美景的絕佳地點。沙子又柔軟又美麗。私人泳池比想像中的大，遊起來很舒服，房間設計的很好。我的家人住在這裡非常開心。當我們的空調不夠涼爽時，工作人員就修好了。浴缸裡的水是溫的，但不熱。如果我多待一段時間我會要求解決這個問題。早餐可以更好一些，但還不錯。整體來說，非常開心。

這是我去過的最糟糕的度假村。我提前支付了房間費用，但由於他們超額預訂，最後他們給了我一個臨時房間，也就是他們上潛水課的房間。他們清空了房間，放入了兩張雙層床，還有我一生中睡過的最糟糕的床墊。又硬又薄。他們告訴我們，他們將給我們更多的住宿天數作為補償，但他們並沒有這樣做。他們也告訴我們要給我們退款，但是他們並沒有這樣做。此外，面對我們的不滿，經理威脅說，如果我們對房間不滿意，他就會把我們趕出度假村。他非常粗魯，而且有點種族歧視。我一點也不推薦這個度假村。

我不建議住在這家飯店！非常不愉快的經歷，我們的房間裡有臭蟲，工作人員甚至沒有提出換房間，當我們提出要求時，他們提出要打掃房間，我們同意了。當我們過了預定的清潔時間回到房間時，房間仍然很髒。我們不得不再次要求清潔。打掃房間後，我們收到了沾滿鮮血的床單。我們在浴室的排水管裡發現了頭髮，這是剛進入房間時發現的。我不推薦這家酒店，我們在沒有意識到我們住宿的情況下逃離了這家酒店，酒店和中介服務不想退還我們的錢。這次住宿非常痛苦，不幸的是，我們的健康也因臭蟲叮咬而受到影響。此外，他們還有一些荒謬的游泳池，那裡從來沒有空位，到處都很髒，早餐也不好——我不推薦！

No security, you could access the room without key , I booked an 8 dormitory they gave me a 10 , the biggest matter of all was the bathroom, the floor was full with water from the sewage , which is very disquieting and harmful for health. Very bad experience.

We book for 2 nights and when we arrive to check in they told us that the hotel was overbooking and that they need to move us to another hotel, far away from the beach and not the same class of hotel. So we pay 2 nights and we only spent 1 night there , we didnt receive any refound the hotel doesnt really care about that

The location of this hotel is good however the grounds are not good and very messy with lots of building work going on. Also the staff were not very friendly

Bungalows are fairly decent, have signs of a bit of age about them, shower rose a bit loose off the wall, but nothing drastic and suit any couple or solo traveller just fine. Pool area is big, just missing the swim up bar that a few other resorts have. But it does have a large beachside bar thats great for sunsets. Great location at the northern end of the promenade, not so far its a hassle to walk to anything, and far enough you wont hear any noise all night

Vies, deur kon niet op slot terwijl je aan de straat slaapt, personeel maakt continu gebruik van het toilet van de kamer. Overal ligt zand en water. Voelde me onveilig omdat iedereen die langs de straat liep zomaar binnen kon lopen zelfs wanneer ik sliep. Ook borg van 500 baht voor een sleutel die je niet kan gebruiken. Enige positieve is de ophaalservice van de pier.

Good little bungalow for what you need and is not far from shop or restaurant and clubs so you got a lot around and they also have free WiFi here and they do laundry aswell only 60 bhai so it's a great spot to stop off and stay for a few nights

Emplacement parfait, service de landry au top, accès piscine, petit dej relativement bon, chambre en dortoir en plutôt simple et spacieuse. En revanche concernant la propreté des espaces commun terasse plein de mégots, vomi, canette, la salle de bain commune et toilette salle plein de savon par terre des mouchoirs des papiers… je suis consciente que cela vient des voyageurs qui ne respectent pas le lieu mais l’hôtel devrait surveiller, nettoyer ou pénaliser afin que cela n’incombe pas autrui.

Good for families

Had a lovely 4 night stay here. Right in the centre so it’s a great location. It does get busy at night as it is in the main party area but it was great for us for going out. Nice hotel rooms and pool area. A little run down but it was great for us.

War okay aber ich würde es nie wieder buchen da es einfach viel zu teuer war. Für die paar Nächte war es teurer als ein ganzes AirBnB auf Koh Tao das kann doch echt nicht sein. Es war einfach nur ein Schlafsaal und das obere Stockwerk hatte nicht mal Vorhänge.
