酒店職員親切有善，提出問題亦會迅速幫忙處理。 酒店裝修、傢俬比較過時，浴室應該是進行翻新較為好一點。酒店整體外觀及房間都算整齊乾淨；附近環境寧靜。駕車前往巿中心大概12-15分鐘，適合自駕遊人士入住。房價包括泊車，省卻另外付費泊車。

這家酒店的房間佈置得非常舒適，色彩搭配恰到好處，整個房間的設計非常現代化，且注重細節，從每一樣傢俱到裝飾品都體現了品質的保證。

It was not good before I go this hotel that time I like that’s why I select again but this time I was not good. No phone on room no dustbin no shampoo just one cup and we are two person so that time I am not happy with my trip

Very nice experience, rooms are neat and clean. Very friendly, helpful and also well behaved staff. Food quality is excellent. Overall everything is very good in this beautiful property... I can honestly say that the ambience around the place is better than it ever has been mainly due to the staff who constantly go out of their way to ensure your visit is memorable and genuinely encourage.

My wife and I are a pretty stoical pair—we don't usually grumble unless something is truly catastrophic, like a meteor strike or running out of tea. But this place… well. Our first room had no hot water, which would’ve been fine if we were looking for an authentic Arctic survival experience. The bed was lumpy enough to qualify as an archaeological site, and two of the springs made a daring escape while I was lying on it. The whole room had the charm of a forgotten storage cupboard. I mentioned this to the front desk and was assured the next room was "better." It wasn’t. This time, the water was so hot it could have boiled a lobster—sadly, that lobster was me. The room itself looked as though it had recently lost a fight with gravity. The blind was in tatters, with a long ***** hanging like some sort of post-apocalyptic décor. The window security cable had given up on life entirely. The shower curtain had a fetching two-tone design: white(ish) at the top, thick brown at the bottom (we didn’t investigate further). The taps in the sink were grim enough to make a health inspector weep. The walls had cracks that suggested the building was slowly trying to escape itself. And, for good measure, another bed spring went ping in the night. Didn't see any point in trying to move again, just in case the next room was even worse. There were only ten guests in the entire "hotel," so if this place is still open in six months, I’ll eat my (hopefully non-bedbug-infested) hat. Frankly, calling it a hotel is a bit ambitious. A "loosely assembled collection of rooms" would be more accurate.

This hotel is conveniently located just off the M4 motorway Junction 12. Despite being right on the main A4 it was pretty quiet in the room. The hotel feels a bit run down and seemed almost completely empty, but received a warm welcome. Room was clean and sheets and towels clean and fresh. Bed comfortable too. Breakfast was the usual offerings with the added bonus of eggs being. cooked to order. Overall a pleasant stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are really comfortable, clean and well kept. The location is great, the staff was very helpful, kind and nice and they served very good and tasty food. Property is excellent. Will certainly recommend it to anyone travelling to Calcot.

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay recently. The staff is very friendly, hotel facilities are good, food & beverage options are excellent. Overall, Best Western Calcot hotel is well maintained and its location is an ideal one and highly recommended.

Stayed at this hotel for Bank holiday weekend. Really made welcome by manager and staff all very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless nice comfortables bed . Breakfast was very enjoyable with plenty of choice and all freshly made Plenty of free parking safe and secure. Hotel decor pleasing. Really great value for money I would recommend this hotel to anyone.we will definitely be back

booked in from the 21st to the 27th of may. upon checking in on Tuesday, the following morning on wed, had to drop my partner at work. when I got back to my room, I found my room open and an asian lady housekeeper said she was cleaning the room. I was really shocked and surprised as I did not request for the room to cleaned. later that evening. I discovered that one of my three wigs was missing. informed the reception about it and nothing has been done. And if nothing is done by the time I check out, I will get the police involved.

Bathroom is discussing, not clean properly. There no shower head in one of the rooms I’m in and when I stayed again for business the tiles look like they weren’t cleaned for years . But the food okay. ……………………………………………………………………………………………..

Hotel is on a busy road, so a little noisy. Room OK, a little dated and bed very soft. Small bathroom with a low ceiling (husband had to crouch down to shower!). Large TV. Restaurant and bar have been refurbished and very smart. Shame no one was in them! Food ok & reasonably priced, but only 3 white wines offered & the one we wanted was out of stock? Shocking in a large chain hotel. Staff pleasant and nice garden area.

I took my family of 4 to the Calcot hotel on Easter Sunday and I felt after are experiencing I had to leave a review. As the hotel is over the road from my house and I have seen it has been getting refurbished we thought we would give it a try, We were all so happy we made that decision. Firstly the price is incredible for the food we received and All 4 of us were very very happy with the food and the service. The head chef come to are table to say hello and that was a magic touch to are experience and made the day for both of my kids. The waiting staff made us feel like we were the only table it the restaurant and that can be very hard to do but 100% appreciated. All in all this was the sort of experience we all hope for when going out for a meal and for this reason we will be back many many more times. Great job!!!
