I go-ogled and found out this place. It's one of the best places to visit for a short trip around pune. The rooms are little small but this a new property and it is coming up. The service is a1 and chandrasekhar the manager is a perfect gentleman. He gets things arranged for you. We had a bonfire as well with music. The food is little costly but can't help as they have to travel long distance to bring food inhouse. The chef is an expert. The tea which he prepared each time was heaven. Recommended place to visit.

In my subsequent interactions with Mr. Ashish from the reservation department, I politely requested a call from a manager to discuss the situation. Regrettably, my pleas were met with a rigid adherence to policy, and any attempt to seek understanding or flexibility was outright rejected. What disappointed me the most was the lack of empathy and sensitivity demonstrated by the staff at 7 Monkey Hills Resort. Despite my circumstances, they refused to arrange a call from senior management, leaving me feeling not only unsupported but also undervalued as a guest. I am sharing this experience to caution others against choosing this establishment. The level of inflexibility, coupled with a complete lack of compassion, paints a grim picture of their customer service. I would strongly advise against booking with 7 Monkey Hills Resort, as their policies seem to prioritize strict adherence over basic customer understanding and support. It is my hope that this feedback prompts a reconsideration of customer service practices at 7 Monkey Hills Resort and serves as a warning for potential guests who expect a level of care and consideration that, unfortunately, I did not receive.
