Great hotel and location.  Very friend staff . Big and clean rooms.

When we want to get away from routine for a couple of days, we enjoy coming to Oakwood with our pet dog Chi-Chi. The hotel staff are all very friendly and welcoming and make our pet feel very welcome. Thank you to Ms. Pirayeh, Guest Relations Manager, who was so friendly and made us feel truly welcome and at home. And many thanks to Miss Chaitali who gave us a room of our preference on the front facing part of the property. The location of the hotel is very central and close to some great restaurants. Swiggy and Zomato deliveries are also possible here. The room we booked was a One Bedroom Suite with balcony. It is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchenette, a cozy and comfortable bedroom and a lovely balcony overlooking the greenery outside. There were a couple of small hiccups with the rooms basin but maintenance was prompt in arriving and did their best to fix the issue to our satisfaction. Drinking water was provided in the room. Breakfast was included in our booking and was a decent spread. People with pets may bring them ***** for meals and sit in the outdoor area. Pets are also allowed at the poolside on leash. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool this time round but it’s a decent size. The fitness centre is great and we were happy to use it daily. Parking is on the property so we never worried about safety of our vehicle. Overall the stay was peaceful, comfortable and had decent value for money.

Had an amazing experience at Oakwood Residence during my 2 months stay. The amenities were great (laundry, gym, swimming pool, game room), spacious rooms, good restaurant with delightful food. But especially wanted to say thank you to amazing stuff, especially Jagruti and Honny, who made the stay feel like home.

Simply the best experience you can hope for staying in a residence. From the reception, to the well served breakfast and room service. The staffs are always attentive with great smile and response.

It is a great experience staying in Oakwood, Naylor Road. Very much appreciate to Gauri and Senegal. They have make my stay here a very pleasant and delightful. They are approachable, and attentive to my needs.

I traveled to Pune for a 5-week academic project and needed more than just a hotel room—I needed a comfortable "home away from home" with a kitchen and living space. After extensive research, the Oakwood Residence was the only place that matched my requirements, and it delivered on every promise. The Apartment: The layout is incredibly well thought out. The living area is spacious with a comfy sofa, ottoman, and a proper workspace. The TV is huge and, unlike many hotels, allows guest access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The bedroom features a massive King bed with high-quality linens and a second TV. * Traveler Tip: The outlets are universally adaptable. You can plug US devices directly into the wall without needing a specific Indian adapter—a huge convenience! Kitchen & Laundry: For an extended stay, this place is unbeatable. The kitchen is fully stocked (dishes, flatware, microwave, coffee maker, kettle) and features a dishwasher (detergent provided). They supply at least 4 bottles of fresh water daily. A massive perk is the laundry room on every floor—new dryers, free detergent, and very convenient. There is also a nice deck for drying wet clothes or having morning coffee. Service & Staff: The staff truly go above and beyond. When my luggage was lost by the airline, they helped me coordinate and receive the bags. They even surprised me with a cake and a song for my birthday! During December, they hosted a lovely Christmas reception with a sustainable tree (made of egg cartons!) and a gingerbread house, which made being away from home during the holidays much easier. Food: Breakfast is excellent and varies daily. You get delicious standard Indian fare plus made-to-order eggs, waffles, and pancakes. Room service is tasty and very reasonably priced. Location: While the immediate area isn't very walkable due to a lack of sidewalks (common in the city), it is quiet and offers quick access to nice areas like the cafes etc in Karagaon Park. Minor note: The shower takes a minute to warm up, but works great otherwise. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone needing a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Pune.

They actually do not care about families, they have people living since ages so if you are coming with your family and wish to have stress free few days they will make sure that you don't have, especially the on duty manager stephen and the front desk guy shubhankar, they don't know how to talk to customers, probably cause they are so "overlooked" with the guests, they do not care about your complains They put us in a room with broken dishwasher that got choked up Next the room jet was not working The door lock not working .later at night they shifted us to a room that was not clean full of dust , rusted rice cooker Rusted knife, they just don't care Only people who care are the floor girl gauri and the watchman, rest all management has made our trip really for forgetful And I know this one review won't do anything but this is their truth they don't care about Indian guests and only cater to foreigners

Pleasant experience, nice ambience and excellent room service

Je suis resté dans cet hôtel 4 mois pour le travail. C’était ma première fois en Inde et j’ai très bien été accueilli par le staff de l’hôtel. La chambre avec terrasse est parfaite, le lit est très confortable et la terrasse est grande. La nourriture est très bonne également. Le service est très bien, mention spéciale pour le serveur Honey qui est très souriant et efficace. Je recommande!

部屋の整備は満足している。 朝食は蒸し野菜か有れば良いと思う。 WiFiはオンライン会議や動画視聴は問題ない。

Came here for a business visit and staying here for 2 weeks. Service has been top notch right from check-in, breakfast area and the house keeping staff. Special mention to Penchalaiah for keeping the room clean and setting things up consistently.
