Nice hotel but the room smelled of sewage, we opened window but smell came back. Nice bed good pillow but too long. Put some short ones in. I got a couple beers and signed to my room but got a call at 10pm that I needed to get dressed and come down to pay bar separate from the room??? Nice waiters and nice staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. We stayed here at the end of our trips to Torres Del Paine and El Chalten. We love the location directly across from the water. It is about 3 minutes drive from the downtown area. Views from the hotel view is amazing. We ate dinner at the Hotel restaurant, very nice food and wine with a great value. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Hostal realmente acogedor y cómodo, camas maravillosas, rico desayuno, todo limpio y perfectamente decorado. Ideal para descansar, ambiente familiar y los anfitriones unas personas extraordinarias, nos llevamos con nosotros las historias de Claudio y la simpatía de Pol y Diego, la predisposición de todos de siempre ayudar. Nunca os olvidaremos, nuestro hijo Juanjo tampoco. Gracias por hacer nuestro viaje mas especial.

What a very nicely decorated hotel. The art deco style is amazing, the rooms are very nice (small depends how much luggage you carry over). The staff/owners are very pleasant. We were off the season hence the restaurant was not open but still offer breakfast, but they will recommend you nice restaurants which are nearby as the hotel is very centrally located…..
