亞根屋(Yagan House)

The hostel itself was an absolute delight, beautifully designed and spotless! Breakfast was included and very pleasant. However, this experience was soured by its owner, a very unpleasant and cold host who was very rude to us during our stay. On our arrival, we inquired into the available tours, when given the choice between a full day bus tour or a trekking excursion, we chose the latter and paid. Instead of walking through the equidiste National park on our ONLY available day, we found ourselves spending some of our remaining budget sitting in a van, motion sick, with 50 year olds taking pictures of the national park through the window, all day. Understanding that this was an innocent mistake, we mentioned that there had been a mix up with the booking with the hostel owner but it soon turned hostile. She became immediately defensive, blamed it on our communication, that we booked on too late in the evening (5pm) and that it’s unusual to find space anyway, that we were incredibly rude to question her intelligence and her experience, and finally to shut up because she’d heard enough. We’re three young girls who have never encountered a problem with a host like this, and sadly ruined our experience in Puerto Natales, especially since we didn’t got to hike Torres del Paine as a result.

En Yagahouse literalmente me han salvado mi viaje a Torres del Paine. Venía en un viaje muy preparado, pero las condiciones del clima cambiaron a último minuto, así que todo lo que traía no era suficiente. Acá encontré todo, y mi trekking fue excepcional!! Además que el hostal es hermoso y acogedor, me guiaron amablemente en todas mis dudas sobre el viaje!! GRACIAS GRACIAS GRACIAS al equipo Yaganhouse por su hospitalidad ❤️‍🔥

Hermosa decoración, tienes todos los servicios que necesitas y todos los tours que están disponibles para la fecha. El desayuno es muy contundente, bueno y todo muy limpio, excelente calefacción y atención

This is a great little motel/hostel. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the place is very clean. The beds are amazingly comfortable (especially for a small budget hotel). There's a great kitchen that you can use to cook and there is a very adequate breakfast that will set you up for a good long day ahead. Highly recommended.

We went there to rent a sleeping bag and the place looked great so wanted to stay after the W trek. Unfortunately no beds left… but we had to prolong our stay as the ferry was late so asked there for one night and finally we could have a room. We love it! So welcoming, comfortable beds, clean, love the common space, very good breakfast. The place has a lot of charme! Would stay there again!

I chose this place off a review from this site. Best decision of the trip. We hiked the W trail. It was fantastic and exhausting. Yagan house boarded us the night before and on the return. It is very clean, they are incredibly friendly and work with no Spanish speaking. Breakfast was incredible! The host assisted us in ordering food on our return since it was so late and we were very tired. I would recommend to anyone!

Good hostel, comfortable and clean beds, friendly owners. Great place to spend the night pre/post Torres Del Paine. Breakfast was even provided earlier she there were a number of folks headed into the park. If you don’t like dogs, not the place for you as there are multiple dogs at the hostel and come and go in the morning.

Es un Hostal maravilloso, decoración elegante y artística, el desayuno muy temprano y completo y las personas muy amables, nos gustó mucho todo la arquitectura y el diseño de las habitaciones y baños

Después de 9 días en Torres del Paine, llegar a este hostal cansadas fue . Es un hostal tranquilo, impecable, con una acogedora decoración donde se respira la buena onda. Además el desayuno está riquísimo. Los espacios comunes …
