Incroyable moment à Santa Cruz! C’est définitivement l’hôtel le mieux situé, sur le port avec une vue incroyable. C’est également le plus beau restaurant, et il y a un second restaurant à côté de l’hôtel avec la même vue Accès par taxi boat uniquement Plage privé à 5min à pied C’est du port que partent toutes les excursions Équipe aux petits soins avec nous et les enfants Nous recommandons ++

This hotel has great potential, but it is not realized. The rooms are nice and the view over the harbor is great. However, the food and service are very marginal, especially given what they charge for a room. We had several issues—the bedside lamps did not work, so we talked to the front desk and they said they would come look at them, but never did. We eventually got them to work on our own. The ceiling fan also did not work, but they never came to see if they could fix it. The worst thing was that the smoke detector started beeping in the middle of the night, indicating a low battery. We went to the front desk, but nobody was there, so we removed the damn thing and took it to the front desk to beep on its own. Hopefully, it kept the front desk guy awake once he returned to his station. The breakfasts were included, but we almost stopped eating them because the eggs were runny, the “bacon” looked inedible, and their definition of hash browns was a soggy fried potato with mystery filling. We would never stay here again.

Muy buena experiencia en nuestra estadía. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario, muy buenas instalaciones sanitarias y vistas hermosas de la bahía. Fuimos muy bien recibidos y se nos facilitó todo lo necesario para disfrutar de Puerto Ayora

Excelente acogida. El sitio es de los mejores en Puerto Ayora. La habitación estaba muy limpia pero el punto fuerte del hotel es su bar/restaurante a pie de puerto . La comida es muy buena y las bebidas también. A destacar la amabilidad de su staff , servicio impecable. Gracias

E resivido una estafa por parte de uno de los trabajadores de este hotel No me paga mi plata por que dice que el dueño no paga el sueldo de hace 5 meses quiero que me den mi dinero 0998425114 lo más pronto.posible por que recién estoy empezando.....

This place was insanely nice. It must be the nicest accommodation near Santa Cruz. The people who work here are so kind and helpful. I loved talking to Rebecca. Right in front of the hotel there are lights that attract sharks, rays, sea lions, and fish, so you can sit at the restaurant with a drink or meal and watch wildlife right in front of you without leaving the hotel! The only meal I had here was breakfast, but it was lovely. The oceanview room was beautiful. You have to take a $1 water taxi to come and go from the hotel. The taxi ride to town is only a few minutes. It was super easy, and the longest wait we had was a couple minutes for the taxi to show up. The only thing I wish I knew is that it's hard to get small bills for the taxi. I would recommend bringing lots of ones with you so you don't have to ask the hotel to break larger bills every day. I would absolutely come back here!

I felt well cared for. The staff knew me and attended to me very well. The food was very good. The room and view were perfect. It was easy to take the water taxi back and forth. Glad I wasn’t in the main town area. The tours were great and they arranged all the details.

This place is heaven on earth. The people working there are extremely friendly and always trying to make your stay perfect. Esteban is awesome in the restaurant. He made sure everything was perfect and made you feel like a friend. I would highly recommend Angermeyer hotel for your Galapagos stay.

The rooms are big, AC works, some of the staff is friendly. Problems: First there was a large noisy wedding during our stay. You'd think someone would have told us that their resturant was not open, and that electronic music would be playing FULL BLAST 6-10pm at night. Again there was no warning. I booked a trip with the hotel and learned that they use a third party vendor and that the boat trip involved 30-40minute bus ride each way. I assumed the trip was leaving from their own boat dock on the premises. In conclusion, poor value, investigate other options before you book.
