Hotel was ok, the included breakfast was better than at other hotels we stayed at over our brief visit to Oregon, but pretty standard with limited fruit options beyond green bananas and dried cranberries. Negatives included the door to our room that did not latch without a concerted effort, and we would have accidentally left our room open the first time we left if we hadn't discovered it. The cause of the latching problem was that the upper hinge was coming loose from the door and you could see from the damaged screws that they had tried fixing it previously. Also the dryer in the coin-op laundry seemed to have issues it took two loads to mostly dry a single medium load of clothes. The room was also so small we hardly had space to open our two suitcases. On the positive side, my wife and daughter enjoyed the outdoor spa and indoor swimming pool. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating when I asked for a thermos full of hot water for the road.

A very comfortable stay and perfect for what we needed. Even though there were multiple families staying there, our room was relatively quiet and we enjoyed ourselves. The river view was lovely. You can't even hear the highway even though it is not that far away.

Staff was friendly, breakfast options were good. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed the grounds, nice view out back. You should really market your balcony’s better. Dutch Bros and Pizza place is a bonus. Very convenient to get on and off I-5.

The property was amazing, staff was great but the room 109 we got woke up both times at like 5 am from the talking and what sounded like washers i think its just the placement of the room i wont stay in that room ever again for it being a suit it was awful trying to sleep it shouldnt be as much as the others with what its around if i would have known i wouldnt have stayed in there.

Gorgeous view of the river which made up for the TV not working. Breakfast staff was especially friendly and full of pep. Everything was very clean and overall a nice stay.

We were woken up by family upstairs TV on next door at 2:30am and people standing in open hallway talking and smoking

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing and had a lot of options. Coffee was great and they had tea as well. Rooms were great!

Things were going fine until the elevator stopped working. There is only one, and we were on the 4th floor so it was a pain schlepping our luggage out of the building. Also the stairways were not in the best location. Also the walkways to the rooms are outside and you are exposed to the rain and wind, and it can get wet and cold in Roseburg. On the positive side the people were friendly, the breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable.

can in customer service was very nice when I checked in . everything was quick and easy. Went to my room it was clean and had everything I needed. So would come again.

The owners have put real love and care into this property. Very modern and well kept inside and beautiful spaces outside to sit and walk. Judi was running the breakfast and she was amazing. Did great job with food and very friendly and responsive to everyone around her. What impressed me most is that she said she had been with the company a long time and that the owners of the business were wonderful people. No wonder this was the absolute best hotel of all the places we have stayed on a 30 day road trip. Well done, owners to care for your people and your property so well.

This is a very clean and quiet hotel. Beds were comfy and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Highly recommend!

All staff extremely nice. Cleanliness exceptional. Rooms a bit small but that’s ok just plan for that. Thank you!

Lovely view of the river! Your hot tub was 130 some degrees however - not usable and dangerous. I alerted someone behind the desk but she didn't seem to find it important. Otherwise it was great.
