Hotel catered to the extra requests I made with no additional cost which was lovely. They the process run smoothly. Will definitely go back.

Cresta Oasis is a no-nonsense, budget hotel offering everything one needs to be comfortable. However, it is definitely not a top-end establishment so if top quality finishes and furnishings is what you're after, rather pay the premium elsewhere. The newer rooms are comfortable and the wifi worked fine. Dining experience is in line with the rest of the establishment - solid, decent food but not your top-end gourmet experience.

It's not worthy the price asked, really too high for the value proposition offered. Service inefficient and incompetent. Room old and dirty. Restaurant nothing special. Staff gentle but incompetent and inefficient. ..stay away! Period: May 2023 Reason: business

My intention was to stay here and come back after returning from field visits in the rural parts of Zim, over a one month period. I ended up staying here for 6 nights only instead. Some key issues with the hotel are the following: - They use a key card system with a magnetic *****. Upon your arrival you get this card and it is supposed to work for the entire duration of your stay. In my case, I intended to stay for 8 nights at first. After one day, the key card system refused to open my door. When going back to the reception I was told by reception to not keep my key card close to my phone. I thought I did not do this but I was extra careful after this. The next day the key card could again not open mu door. Now I was sure that I did not keep my key card, next to my phone. I asked the reception again what the problem was. It finally turned out that the key card system is of low quality and always has this issue. After this, I felt I was gaslighted by the reception when they said that I must have kept my key card close to my phone. This is a terrible way of treating your customers, in my opinion - The WiFi has issues. It doesnt always work and too often you have to re-enter the password to connect again. - In your room, you are only allowed to get one half liter bottle of water. This is not enough. At the same time, I did get 3 bars of soap in my room. Totally unnecessary and instead of providing so many bars of soap, they could have provided an extra bottle of water. I went out and changed to a better hotel. Im glad I made that decision. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

My stay at the hotel was exceptionally good, the room was good. I got good service from the front desk when i got at the hotel early hours on the 17th April 2023 from the airport. The shuttle was at the airport on time.

Situated in the CBD but not so noisy for a calm experience improve on showers and taps labelling. hot/cold labels not seen in my room the stairs though not many but tiring for those with challenges in their feet

Negative point was that I could not get an invoice from the Hotel because I booked on ********** thus anyone whose company require hotel invoices, be aware. My stay was good, the Internet and power were stable. The staff was friendly and the food decent with buffet breakfast every morning. Location was good with fast food and pharmacies 5 mins away

Was there for 5 nights for a business visit. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Staff is very friendly & ready to help. The only thing I found weird was that I didn’t get the invoice with check in check out dates as I had booked through **********

Bra nyrenoverat hotell i centrum av Harare. Enda plumpen i protokollet var problemet för oss vid frukosten, där damen vid entrén till frukosten påstod att frukosten inte ingick. Kontakt med portieren så löste det sig. Problemet var att det hände även den andra dagen. Dålig kommunikation.

Most of the Lions Clubs members who were traveling to Malawi felt that a stopover at the Oasis was a great idea and found it convenient and safe. the Hotel is well positioned for coordinating pick up and reasonably priced, though breakfast is a bit expensive.

We stayed for two nights and had dinner at the Hotel's restaurant, the first night was not the greatest. However on the second night there was a drastic change in food quality and service speed which was attributed to by one hands on and active F&B supervisor-Pride and a waiter named Ray.

Generally everything else was fine except for internet connectivity which was erratic at times. If the internet issue can be resolved, the facility is very good.

I can definitely recommend Cresta Oasis to any business travelers out there. It offers a unique experience – simple yet surprisingly rich. The staff is incredibly friendly, making it feel more like a second home than your typical commercial hotel. Location is a huge perk. I was easily able to walk to the Harare CBD whenever I needed. Plus, the area itself feels very safe and secure. Overall, if you're looking for a hassle-free and enriching stay in Harare, Cresta Oasis is a fantastic choice.

First 3 days staying at this hotel was excellent in all aspects. Last day it all fell apart (Saturday) continous visits to the room to try and improve the wifi connection. After 4 calls to try and get some tea bags - it arrived 3 hrs after the first call!
