基本OK，出入方便，環境乾淨，健身泳池齊全

酒店很方便，乾淨衞生，周邊很多餐廳可以選擇，去布朗大學看朋友最方便了。下次入住，一定還選擇這家酒店。

之前就住過 服務很差很差 毫無表情 雖然重新裝修了但有些還是很陳舊 停車每天25刀 不推薦

先説亮點，酒店提供shuttle到市區，雖然那也很近，但自行停車不便。酒店司機很熱情服務，推薦的海明威餐館非常棒 入住時酒店重複收了房費，退房時就發現和交涉但一直沒退回，後聯繫攜程處理，給攜程點贊

泳池是亮點。很大。房間一般般。很小。停車場流浪漢有點多。

Do NOT stay at this hotel . Security said cars are being vandalized. The area is unsafe . The hotel itself looked nice until we went to our room. It was not renovated . The bathtub was filled with water. The conditioner bottle was empty . The tub is slippery. The outlet in the bathroom does not work. There is nowhere to plug the blow dryer & your curling iron into that has access to a mirror. The lobby & pool renovations are like putting makeup on a pig! And .... the room doors need to be pulled very hard or it doesn't close . Unsafe , Old , inconvenient. Not anywhere near the chain's standards.

Stayed here on business. Property is older but has been updated and was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. That's the good part. The bad part was how loud the area is. All night either trains or 18 wheelers were rumbling very loudly. I believe it's trains, but unsure. It started around 10 pm and continued all through the night. It was so loud it felt as though the window in my room was actually vibrating! I will not stay at this property again when in the area due to the loud noise.

The location is a 5 minute drive to nice Providence restaurants. It is not walkable, which is disappointing, due to the busy roads and surrounding neighborhood. There is a free shuttle offered by the Hotel . The hotel was clean. I stayed in a recently remodeled room, but there were some noticeable short cuts taken in the bathroom. The sink water pressure was also low. The hotel bar/restaurant was nice. Everyone in the hotel staff, including the restaurant staff were very pleasant.

From the front desk to the rooms there is a lot to be desired. Front desk could not find my reservation and didn't bother looking in front of their noses where the room key was already prepared with my name on it. Rooms are dated. Bathroom is so tiny you can't fully open the door as it bumps into the shower. You can't close the bathroom door without losing a leg...

This is basically a business hotel located in the middle of a soulless industrial estate, surrounded by a huge car park and office buildings. It has all the charm and warmth of an airport terminal but without the attraction of the shops. It is not in walking distance of shops or restaurants and so its guests are captives, to be fleeced on the ‘because we can’ ethos. Breakfast is not included, and isn’t cheap (there is no diner or restaurant within walking distance). A bottle of water in the bedroom is $5. Despite the building being in the middle of a huge car park there is a daily charge for parking, which I believe is $20 but I’m not certain. We opted to pay for a taxi to take us to hire a car rather be fleeced for parking by hiring the car first. Our room was a good size, with a large comfortable bed. It has a huge television, which from the instructions should have allowed me to stream content from my tablet, but I couldn’t make it work. An engineer was sent to our room and he told us he’s never been able to make it work (with exception of one time when he got it to stream audio but not video). When I looked on the internet for guidance, a large number of Reddit users had experienced the same problem. Our room was on the car park side of the building and I was woken frequently during the night by what I assume were huge railway diesel locomotives. I admit that I am a light sleeper, but that, together with inconsiderate people sounding their horns outside and other guests conducting shouted conversations while walking in the corridor, it wasn’t a restful stay. On the upside, the staff were all friendly and helpful and surprisingly the food was very good. Our supper was fresh, well prepared and presented, and breakfast was also good (though in my opinion overpriced). The restaurant staff were also friendly and the lady we assume to be the manager was especially helpful. One of the reception staff gifted us two small bottles of water when we asked the price, which we appreciated (perhaps she was embarrassed by the high price of the water in the room). So, in all we would not stay there again. We understand from further reading that there are better places to stay that are also nearer to amenities and not stuck in an industrial wasteland.

We’ve been using this hotel for a few years now and we book 50+ rooms for an event we have very year. This is the first year I can say we were completely disappointed in this hotel. My Husband and I were booked into a suite. We were the first at the hotel and the last to get our room. When we finally got into our room we were completely disgusted at how old and shabby it was. I mean really bad! Scratched dirty furniture, rust and mold in the bathroom, old tub with shower curtain, etc. However the worst of it was the amount of mold in the room. It was a complete health hazard! I want to say that they did credit the cost of the room but NEVER even offered an apology. They knew there was a problem with this suite and rented it out anyway. Since then they have taken this out of service. Do NOT stay in suite 660!!!! To be fair the ENTIRE waitstaff was excellent, the meeting rooms were great and the food was wonderful. They should be ashamed to have rented out this suite! No apology - just wrong!

Don't believe the room pictures, this place needs some renovation! Not what I would expect for Marriott, if they spent half of the funds they spent on the lobby on the rooms, it may have been a better stay. The stay was wonderful, they are just working with what they got.

I Just Wanted to Thank the front Desk crew !! They were the Best !!! Super Service !! Friendly , Helpful , Happy, Welcoming . Looking forward to my next Visit . Great check in !! Love the overall Vibe . Also the free water as i checked out for my drive home was perfect !! THANK YOU !!!

Wonderful place to stay when you are visiting Providence RI. The entire staff was friendly, efficient and engaging. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel welcomed by Julia at the front desk. I would like to recognize our fantastic server KC who was so accommodating. Michelle, Food & Beverage Director, was so friendly and professional and made us feel like old friends. Manish, GM, was so hands on, helpful and personable. We will be back!!! Thank you all.
