Las persons que limpian abren la puerta sin pedir permiso 3 veces me la abrieron y nos encontrábamos dormiendo y nos despertaron es desagradable

Non working tv, phone, no bath towels, waited in the lobby to be assisted along with 2 other guests for 15 minutes with no one at the front desk and woke up with bites on myself and my daughter. Couldn’t put any food in the refrigerator because it smelled so bad. Next time, I’ll pass right through Knoxville.

This is not a handicapped friendly place. The only way to get upstairs where breakfast (ha ha) was served was a very long inside ramp inside the pool area. Breakfast was yogurt, coffee, waffle or an apple. The juice machine was broken. Our handicapped room was so small my husband barely had room to get around with a walker. Our room over looked the pool and it was very noisy. We would not stay there again. The outside doors were all propped open.

Front desk was efficient and fast. Room was clean. Beds pretty firm. Lobby and breakfast area was needing remodeled. Continental breakfast adequate. But for $85 bucks was a bargain.

Not a 5 star hotel but not 5 star hotel prices either , a little warn but very clean and comfortable , will stay again !

Property had excellent lighting in parking area whole way around the property. Rooms were very well maintained . Staff explained everything to any questions I had.

It was an amazing stay every employee was very welcoming, very polite, and very helpful. I booked again I’m actually still here lol

Nice cheap place to stay. Desk staff short and rude, hard to find good help these days I suppose

Front desk was rude and at 2am a man and woman came banging on doors screaming they wouldn’t stay in this hotel bc they just found bed bugs in there bed! Scared everyone and of course worried everyone!
