T.v. was a little hard to see from the bed in the king rooms

We chose the hotel for the location which was good and the staff was nice, but that's all the good stuff I can say. The room wasn't the cleanest, the tv only had 1 channel, and you had to pay for everything! Self parking- expensive, water, juice, coffee-expensive. Cooked to order breakfast was an expensive joke. I won't be staying here again.

We booked a room at Courtyard by Marriott but when we checked in, we were told they over booked. They sent is to another hotel which is a great hotel. The problem is I booked a room with a king size bed and we got a room with 2 queens. These beds are more like doubles, not queens. My husband is 6 foot 4 inches tall, he requires a king size bed. If we are going to have to stay at another hotel, at no fault of our own, we should get the same room or better than what we originally booked and paid for!

We are on the fifth floor and have even hearing music all night long. Seems to be coming from the courtyard resturant.

Honestly, I really don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly, the parking is very easily accessible, (you can walk out the side door into the parking deck), and the room was very clean and smelled good. It's not the best place I've stayed but I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Things of note: You have to pay extra for the parking, $16, to be exact. Which is actually a "Public Parking" deck next to it. There is no hair dryer in the room, nor iron/ironing board. You use your room key card to go to and from the deck while there. There wasn't many people there when we were, but I imagine if there was you would've heard them next door or above you if not on top floor. It is a little older so that's probably why. The TVs are kind of put in a weird position to where you can only see part of it from the bed even though they can be rotated.

First time staying in Greenville and this hotel was the perfect location. Directly across the street from the Peace Center and convenient to shopping and dining. We parked our car on Friday and didn’t use it again until we left on Sunday.

Hotel is great. Very clean and right downtown. A free breakfast is not provided though. Special coffees and breakfast are extra.

Great sta-cation destination, easy check in, many options for dinner and walked to the Peace Center for a show.
